Amazing stay at Villa Smeralda

We spent our family vacation at Villa Smeralda, and everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect. Communication was excellent - smooth, friendly, and always quick to respond. The villa itself is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A special thanks to Villa Manager Mario, who went above and beyond to make sure our holiday was unforgettable. His hospitality and attention to detail truly made a difference. We can’t recommend Villa Smeralda highly enough and would love to come back again soon!

Stunning Villa with Unmatched Sea Views

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa near Porto Cervo, and it was absolutely perfect. The views of the Mediterranean Sea are breathtaking, especially from the terrace and pool. The villa is stylish, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, offering a perfect blend of luxury and Sardinian charm. The location is ideal—private yet close to Porto Cervo's attractions. just a fantastic property

The Villa was beautiful, particularly the views which photos just can’t adequately capture. The location was great in terms of getting to multiple beautiful beaches and local restaurants. Domenico was a fantastic host, who was helpful from start to finish. He communicated everything we needed to know clearly and ahead of time, then gave us great recommendations about the area and things that we could do while we were there. Overall just a fantastic property and wonderful host experience.

an amazing villa to spend a week in Sardinia!

The place is in the very center of the Porto Cervo area with an incredible view. Mario has been very helpful and kind! He responded immediately to our requests / queries! Perhaps due to their location in the house (kind of basement) / lack of continued use, the rooms downstairs had a very humid environment / smell, which is not good for people with allergy like me. The pool deck and sunbeds needed a renovation.

Super Property with mosquito problem

Everything was great overall. The only negative is that the property should have been sprayed for mosquitoes prior to arrival. We were unable to eat outside because of the mosquitoes and they were covering the pool floats.
