Gorgeous property and view. Welcoming, well furnished home. Great pool, hot tub and yard. As a Virgin Islander I was used to the hills/driveway with it's narrow road entry and hilly driveway but still perfect. Mr. Norman was an excellent and helpful host. Definitely would return!

The owner was super accessible for questions!! Overlooking Meghan's Bay was beautiful. It was q quick drive to downtown or Maghan's Bay. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house

Very nice, well stocked home. The pool and hot tub worked perfectly. The house was well furnished with great views and only about a 15 minute drive to Magens Bay Beach.

Nice spacious place for a group of 10

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Norman’s place. The pool is a big plus in the heat of June.Definitely use Sib’s on the Mountain as a restaurant.

View is amazing and the owner was a delight to communicate with. Two couples and a great stay. Lots of towels, hand soap and basic necessities were supplied. Loved the hot tub and enjoyed eating on the porch.

January 2023 Trip to St Thomas

This house was perfect for my trip to St Thomas with my wife, two daughters, Son-in-law and two granddaughters. The community is very quiet and secure, yet only 10 minutes from the heart of town, 7 minutes from Mountain Top and 8 minutes to Maegan's Bay, the house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable.

Great location, beautiful views!

A great home for our extended family, with plenty of space to spread out. I would hesitate to recommend the house for family's with small children as there are lots of stairs and the pool is not fenced in. The house is located outside of town, up a twisting, narrow road, so be sure you have a driver confident with driving on the left! There is a fun restaurant/bar located a short 5 minute walk away.

Excellent place to stay

This property was awesome. More than enough room for our family of 7. Charming and felt homey. Beautiful view. They had everything you need. Even a small cooler for beach trips, crib, playpen, high chair, towels,etc. It was very family friendly. Pool and sauna were cool too! The owner Norman was always so responsive before and during the stay. We would highly recommend.

The property worked well for 7 of us. Clean,lots of space. Good pool area. Great views. Only issue is location, no restaurants or grocery within walking distance. Also hard to find for taxis. Make friends with a taxi driver.

Outstanding view. Furniture needs repair. Upstairs kitchen needs help. No coffee maker. No toaster Few things to cook with. Cabinet door falling off.

There is not one, but two coffee makers, on the kitchen counter as well as a toaster oven which is also on the kitchen counter. These are quite visible in a kitchen which is quite small and contained. There are plenty of pots and pans in the pantry in the kitchen as well as cooking utensils. The furniture is intact and quite a few pieces have been purchased within the last two to three years. We have always been readily available and responsive to the needs of our guests so if there is any issue such as a door hinge coming loose, we are more than happy to take care of anything.

False Advertising

I will start by saying I had a wonderful vacation in ST. Thomas. The property was nice enough but it is NOT as advertised. It is not a whole house but rather a duplex with 2 fully furnished apartments - one upstairs , downstairs connected only by and (very unsafe) outside staircase.The location is nowhere near where is says on the map. NO PLACE on the island is accessible by walking. Hull bay, Megans Bay, Linqvist Beach, Saphire beach are 15-30 minutes away BY CAR. Down town is 15 minutes.Entry was difficult, The access codes provide for gates and doors were incorrect and required a call to owner to gain access (4 codes required)Inside is nice - new appliances , but very dated furniture. The HOT TUB was virtually useless. There is no thermostat. If the jets are on it is getting hotter and it will get hot enough to burn you. You can of course turn off the jets and scoop some cooler water from pool with a buckets but that sort of defeats the purpose . Meanwhile the pool was ice cold and not of much use.Many things did not work. Grill outside upstairs did not work, Dryer Upstairs did not work. drawer in downstairs are broken. Open electrical outlet near hot tub. Open electrical outlet in Upstairs kitchen. Power supply in upstairs den was in and out and made a significant buzzing noise. Like i said, I did have a good vacation, even a great vacation, but not because the property was a great place to stay. Very over priced for the quality provided
