House inside a splendid private sea view complex with large veranda and porch. Located in a peaceful setting, on one level, 2 km from the sandy beach which can also be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Market at 400 meters.
The house entirely built in stone has 1 double bedroom with bathroom in suite, 1 double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and another bathroom with shower.
Outside: sea view terrace equipped with table and chairs where you can relax. Large veranda with barbecue and closed shower with hot water. Private parking for two cars.
Laundry area with washing machine.

On site you will have to pay the following services: Final cleaning € 120.
Electricity meter reading € 0.25 per kW / h.
Bed linen and towels on request € 15 per person per change.
Arrivals after 20:00 to be agreed in advance.
