Looking onto the Water of Leith the apartment feels peaceful and tranquil.
The location is very well situated for exploring the city. Only five minutes from Princess Street and the West End.
Also a short walk, the beautiful Water of Leith walkway takes you from Dean Village to Stockbridge where there are many good restaurants, bars and cafes or up the river to the modern gallery of art and beyond

Incredible!
Such a beautiful location and for such a fair price! Owner was very helpful and had fast responses. I loved opening the windows and listening to the rain on the water. Very quiet and peaceful, close to the city center but not too close. 10/10, would stay here again!

Lovely place
Although very expensive considering the surface area, the flat is very comfortable and clean. And very well located in relation to the centre. We were very disappointed with Hogmanay party and concert, very badly organised but at least we were close and Edinburgh is a very nice city. We will come back but not for new year.
