Lovely 1st floor 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with a 2 minute walk to the Town Centre and supermarket with fab views of the swimming pool. The terrace also boasts glass curtains to give you extra room or open up to enjoy the views.
The accommodation is fully equipped with lift access, garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pools, open-air parking, TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English etc. )
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and kettle are provided.
With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!
The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and are not far away from the property. The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the property.
The property is ideal for both golfers and those on less energetic holidays. It also makes a great base for a family holiday.

Loved the location of villa, so close to amenities. The villa was spacious yet provided everything we needed. Good communication before and during our stay.
Unfortunately we had a problem with the washing machine that required a maintenance engineer who sorted the issue to retrieve clothing but we were then unable to use the washing machine and never heard anything further.

Excellent Stay – Perfect House and Location!
We had an excellent stay at this house during our holidays! The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The resort is absolutely fantastic, offering all the facilities you need, including a supermarket, restaurants, and bars, all in a very clean and well-maintained environment.
The pool is one of the highlights – just a few seconds from the house, with a great size and a perfect layout for both the pool itself and the surrounding outdoor area. Another big plus is the private garage space, which is amazing during summer as the car always stays cool.
The location is also very convenient: only 15, 20, or 30 minutes by car to stunning beaches, as well as La Manga and the city of Murcia.
The Murcia Holidays Rental team was always extremely helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. We are a family of four, and we can only say it was an amazing stay. Thank you, and we will definitely be back!
The only (minor) suggestion we have is to add a few more kitchen utensils.
