This beatiful modernly equipped apartment is located just under a 5 minute stroll to the lovely Puerto Pollensa beach, and a 10 minute walk away from the square in the centre of the town, where you can find most restaurants and shops. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a lovely and calm urbanization. There are 4 bedrooms in total, one with a double bed, one with a single bed and two bedrooms with bunk beds, ideal for children to stay in. The property also has 4 bathrooms. The living room/dining room is very spacious and stands out for it's modern design, making it the perfect room to enjoy a nice family night in, watching a movie on the Tv or enjoying a meal. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything that you would need for your holidays. The balcony is also very spacious, with enough room for all the guests to enjoy a wonderful breakfast together. The balcony has views to the communal pool, which can be used at any point during your stay. Without a doubt this apartment has everything to ensure that you have the perfect family holiday in Puerto Pollensa.
