Terrace of more than 150 m² around the house. Children's playground (module with swing and slide, trampoline) on a plot of nearly 80 ares in a quiet residential area at the end of a dead end.

Unheated swimming pool in closed and secure enclosure with polo house (summer kitchen, shower, WC).
