"Villa Mirto " is a single nice house located in “Casa Conti di Sotto”.
"Casa Conti di Sotto" is situated in a hilly area, swathed in the greenery of the Tuscan Maremma, and ten-minute-by car ( 12 km ) distant from the seaside (the splendid gulf of Follonica, which faces Elba’s Island – “Isola d’Elba”)
"Casa Conti di Sotto" has been selected from Discovery Channel as one of the 3 best locations of the Maremma Tuscany and it is at only 15 minutes from the natural reserve of "Cala Violina"

It is a single house, with an open-air space and a gazebo with outdoor dining area. The house consists of two bedrooms, (a double room with double bed and a single room with two single beds,), a bed-settee in the dining room, a small kitchen (with fridge and freezer), one bathroom with shower/hydromassage ; it is provided with a dishwasher, a fireplace, and satellite TV with dvd-dvx, Weekly wifi.
Having been recently renewed, in "Villa Mirto" you can now sleep by looking at the stars in the blue Tuscan sky.

Relaxing and Beautiful

This is such a peaceful and comfortable property. After the chaos of Rome and Florence, it was a welcome retreat and we only wished we could have stayed longer. The living quarters are comfortable and warm. The amenities on site are magnificent and ability to connect with nature in the Italian countryside is rejuvenating. The communication in advance and the check in process were easy and we were welcomed like friends or family. Perfect place to stay, relax and see a different side of the country.

Traumhafte Location

Wunderschöne, liebevoll gepflegte Anlage mit sehr netten Menschen, die zwar nur italienisch sprechen, die Verständigung aber trotzdem einbahnfrei verläuft. Alles da was man sich nur wünschen kann, ein kleiner, sehr wärmer Kinder pool, den man nicht mehr verlassen will, ein großes Becken mit mehreren Duschen, Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Zwei super Spielplätzen und viele, kleine, versteckte Ecken, alles wunderschön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Ein Kinderparadies und für die Erwachsene auch richtig toll. Wellness könnten wir aufgrund zwei kleinen Kindern nicht nutzen, sah aber auch super aus. Toller eigener Rotwein. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Una collina paradisiaca!

Una collina paradisiaca in quel della Maremma Toscana, circondata dalla natura e ben lontana dal casino cittadino, dove potersi rilassare con gli amici e/o la famiglia. Nei 4 giorni in cui ho soggiornato con amici, l'assenza di bambini o del pienone estivo ha fatto sì che potessimo goderci al massimo di tutto quel che poteva offrire Casa Conti di Sotto: yoga con vista dall'alto, sauna, idromassaggio, sole, bocce e una bella fiorentina sul BBQ. Un bell'angolo di paradiso in cui speriamo di poter tornare presto! Un ringraziamento particolare va al simpatico e gentilissimo Florian, il custode.

Endroit idyllique

Nous avions loué la Casa Mirto pour 15 jours. Nous avons trouvé que le domaine était magnifique. C'est un écrin de verdure préservé. Tout est prévu pour la détente. Nous trouvions déjà que l'endroit avait l'air superbe sur les photos, mais c'est encore mieux en vrai!! La Casa Conti Di Sotto est très bien située! La famille qui gère le domaine est très sympathique. Nous sommes vraiment enchantés de notre séjour. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!

Urlaub wie man ihn sich wünscht

Wir waren mit 4 Personen in Villa Mirto untergebracht. Das Haus ist ausreichend groß und konnte früher als erwartet von uns bezogen werden, da das überaus freundliche Verwalterehepaar sich alle Mühe gab, den Wechsel der Mieter so schnell als möglich zu organisieren. Zur Begrüßung stand ein kleines Fläschchen vom eigenen Olivenöl, eine Flasche Rotwein, ein Schälchen Cantuccini sowie eine handgeschriebene Begrüßungskarte der Eigentümerin Laura für uns bereit. Laura stellte sich währen der ersten Tage auch persönlich vor und bot sehr zuvorkommend ihre Hilfe an, falls wir mit irgendetwas nicht klar kommen sollten. Villa Mirto ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind alt und passen zum toskanischen Landhaus. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles war sauber. Uns hat nur der Backofen gefehlt, was aber weiter nicht schlimm war. Die Betten waren bequem. Ein großes Highlight war die Dusche mit Komfort-Düsen. Zum Zeitvertreib konnte man im Whirlpool baden, die Kneippanlage besuchen, Schach, Tischkicker, Billard oder Tischtennis spielen, was unsere Jungs oft in Anspruch nahmen. Das Schwimmbad war zu der Jahreszeit etwas frisch, unseren Kindern machte das jedoch nichts aus. Der Ruhebereich am sauberen Pool ist sehr gemütlich. Die Liegen neuwertig und man kann auch etwas abseits genug Ruhe finden. Zum Einkaufen fuhren wir nach Bagno di Gavorrano zum coop, der sehr gut sortiert ist und auch gute Grillwaren anbietet. Oder nach Follonica in einen der größerer Supermärkte. Unser Parkplatz zum Strand nach Follonica ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das werden wir in kommenden Sommer genießen, da wir dann wieder Gast im schönen Casa Conti die Sotto sind. Wir freuen uns, dieses Juwel gefunden zu haben, und wer morgens gerne mit dem Krähen des Hahnes und dem Ruf des Kuckucks aufwachen möchte, ist dort genau richtig.

Ein Traum.......wie immer ;-))

Zum wiederholten Male verbrachten wir unsere Ferien in der Villa Mirto im Casa Conti di Sotto. Unsere Kinder freuen sich das ganze Jahr darauf endlich wieder nach Gavorrano zu fahren. Die Anlage ist ein Traum. Man kann sich im Pool sportlich betätigen oder im abgelegenen Naturteich einfach in Ruhe chillen. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge optimal. Ob nach Florenz, Rom oder auf die Insel Elba, alles in maximal zwei Stunden erreichbar. Rundum eine großartige Anlage mit sehr nettem Verwalter-Ehepaar und toller Besitzerin.

Perfekter Urlaub für Familien mit kleinen Kindern

Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa Rosmarino verbracht und eine tolle Zeit verlebt. Unsere Kinder (2/7/9) haben die zwei top gepflegten Pools ständig genutzt und konnten vor Ort viel entdecken. Die Strände sind wie beschrieben in 20min gut zu erreichen. Besonders hevorzuheben ist das Verwalter-Ehepaar, das immer sehrhilfsbereit war.

Perfekt für Familien mit kleinen Kinder

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Anlage sowie in der direkten Umgebung verbracht. Unsere Kinder (2/7/9) waren begeistert, besonders von den zwei immer top gepflegten Pools. Das Verwalter-Ehepaar war immer sehr hilfsbereit und stand bei Fragen zur Verfügung.

Villa Guilia

Oschon gute Bewertungen mehr Leute anziehen und wir es dann schwieriger haben, nächstes Jahr zwei freie Wochen zu buchen, muss ich trotzdem 5 Sterne geben. Die Anlage ist perfekt: Mit 6 Ferienwohnungen ist die Anlage genau richtig um nette Leute kennen zulernen und dennoch seine Ruhe zu geniessen. Den Tag durch hat man den Pool praktisch für sich, da sich die Leute auch an den schönen Stränden (z.B. Cala Violina 15km Auto und 1.5km Fussweg oder Piombino 30km Auto) aufhalten. Essenstechnisch können wir das Restaurant L'etrusco in Gavorrano empfehlen. Anfahrt mit Google Maps schwierig zu finden, auf Hompage ist ein besserer Beschreib. Am Besten über Gavorrano beim Spielplatz links abbiegen, dann kommt man nach ca 1km an.

Ein fast perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren in der Villa Rosmarino untergebracht. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub! Die Anlage ist super gepflegt! Die Wohnungen sind sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet! Die Pools sind ein Traum und der Badeteich ist vor allem für die Kleinsten geeignet, aber auch für die Großen, da man einen fantastischen Blick hat. Die Verwalterfamilie war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das nahe gelegene Gavorrano ist ein sehr netter Ort mit einem alten Kern und netten Restaurants. Vor allem die Trattoria l'Etrusco können wir sehr empfehlen! Wir können das Casa Conti di Sotto sehr empfehlen. Das nächste Mal will ich aber unbedingt in die Villa Guilia :)

Endroit très agréable, reposant, ou l'on peut allier randonner, profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi à tout moment. Endroit fermé et sécurisé avec du personnel serviable et disponible. L'intérieur de la maison dispose du confort recherché avec en plus la cheminée et son coté cosy. La casa di sotto possède de nombreux petits trésors pour les yeux à découvrir.

wunderbarer erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und sind so begeistert, dass wir bereits für das nächste Jahr erneut gebucht haben. Das große Anwesen war bestens gepflegt und man konnte innerhalb der Anlage viele nette Sachen entdecken, wie zum Beispiel einen Wirlpool, eine neu angelegte Quelle, einen Relax park mit Hängematten, einen großen Pool und einen Kinderpool, überall liebevoll angelegte Sitzgelegenheiten, Kräutergarten usw. uws....Das Verwalterehepaar war stets erreichbar und sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wirklich lobenswert. Unser Appartment war sehr schön eingerichtet, das Bett sehr bequem und die Küche war bestens bestückt. Am allerschönsten war die große Terrasse, auf der wir schon morgens zum Frühstück sitzen konnten. Was uns auch sehr gefiel, war die Nähe zum Meer mit den wunderschönen, vorallem freien Stränden. Das nahe gelegene Gavorrano ist eine sehr schöne alte Stadt, von hier hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die herrliche Toskana. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es genügend in Bagno di Gavorrano etwa 2 km entfernt und Follonica konnte man auch in circa 15 min. erreichen. Es war ein ringsrum gelungener und wunderschöner Aufenthalt und ich kann Casa Conti di Sotto nur empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!!

Schönes Ziel für den Herbst

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche im Casa Conti. Das Wetter lud zum Baden ins Meer ein, welches man schon nach 15 Minuten erreichen könnte. Anlage und Wohnung war sehr sauber, und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Personal, wenn auch nicht deutsch- oder englischsprachig, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Anfahrtsweg ist etwas mühsam. Für Ruhesuchende und Familien mit Kindern ist die Anlage uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Es war unser erster Aufenthalt hier, jedoch wird es nicht unser letzter sein. Die Anlage ist perfekt für Kinder geeignet. Es gibt so viel zu entdecken und zu erforschen (z. B. die abendlichen Besuche der Wildschweine !!!). Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge bestens geeignet (Besuch der Halbinsel Monte Argentario sehr zu empfehlen). Tolle Strände innerhalb 20 Minuten zu erreichen. In Gavorrano selbst gibt es einige sehr gute Restaurants. Ein absoluter Tipp für einen perfekten Familienurlaub.

Paradiesischer Urlaub für Familie mit Kindern

Wir hatten das Gefühl in einem Paradies Urlaub zu machen. Der idyllische toskanische Stil der Häuser, die Ruhe, der tolle Blick über die Hügel der Toskana. Uns hat besonders der Schwimmteich fasziniert, der neu angelegt wurde. Der Verwalter und seine Ehefrau waren jederzeit bereit Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen z.B. Verkauf des selbstgemachten Weines (sehr gut) und Tomaten. Es gab viele Möglichkeiten um die Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden, da überall Sitzecken und gemütliche Bereiche vorhanden waren. Die beiden Pools (Kinderpool und großer Pool) waren sehr gepflegt, welches für das gesamte Anwesen galt. Für uns war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Romantikurlaub in der Villa Villino il Corbezzolo

Nach Kultur in Florenz etc. war es eine herrliche Ausruh-Woche in unserem gemütlichen urigen Häuschen. Für 2 Personen "klein, aber fein"! Sehr gemütlich, naturbelassen und einfach schön. Auch der angrenzende Pool und Whirlpool sowie die kleine Hängematte-Anlage mit Teich luden zum relaxen ein. Die Möglichkeit, frisches Gemüse aus dem Biogarten zu bekommen fanden wir toll, außerdem gab es einen köstlichen Rotwein! Der Hausmeister und seine Frau waren stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn wir uns nicht auf deutsch unterhalten konnten, so verstanden wir uns trotzdem "mit Händen und Füßen", gerade das war interessant! Ansonsten: Gute Beschreibung bei der Anfahrt - überdachter Parkplatz, sichere geschlossene Anlage, wunderschöne Natur, der kleine Ort Garvorano schnell zu erreichen, wo man diverse Einkäufe erledigen konnte. Das Meer und herrliche Strände sind ebenfalls nicht weit. Auch die Schotterstraße zur Casa Conti di Sotto gehört mit zur Idylle und hat uns nicht gestört. Wir haben das kleine Paradies sehr genossen und neue Kraft getankt für weitere Exkursionen in Bella Italia!

un coin de paradis

Cela fait déjà 2 fois que nous passons nos vacances à la casa conti di sotto. Nous sommes à chaque fois reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse et Vasile et Guliana s'occupent très bien de nous pendant notre séjour. Les maisons sont charmantes avec beaucoup de cachet (typiquement toscane). Il y 2 piscines, une qui est chauffée pour les enfants et une autre olympique pour les plus grands. Egalement une petite mare d'eau creusée dans une rocher, c'est magnifique, les enfants aiment beaucoup. Bien sûr le jacuzzi pour les parents, un petit moment de détente bienvenu. On y trouve également des orangers, de la vigne, des citronniers, des plantes magnifiques et des tortues de terre qui se promènent en toute quiétude. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour les familles, les enfants peuvent se rendre seul à la piscine, aller jouer du ping-pong, faire connaissance avec d'autres enfants qui logent dans les 6 autres villas toscanes. Nous y retournerons certainement une troisième fois.

Fantastic Italian Holiday

Had a wonderful time at Villa Mirto - Everything was catered for - We went with parents and 2 children age 4 and 6. The pools are amazing, the hot tub area is beautiful. The children could roam freely and safely around the grounds, there is 2 playgrounds both with table and chairs close by so you can enjoy a drink while they play. We would BBQ at night in beautiful surroundings. It wouldn't matter if every villa was full you can still find a quiet spot. Gavorrano is very nice, Massi Marritima was wonderful, Calla Violina is a fab beach with a 1 km walk through a beautiful wood to get to it, about 20 min drive from Villa Mirto. We hope to return very soon.

Wonderful Italian Vacation

Casa Conti di Sotto is an authentic Tuscan villa with its stone fireplaces and warm atmosphere.(not all villas come with fireplaces) The kitchen was a blessing and allowed us to cook for our family of four. The villas are clean and lovely, the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a play ground and our children LOVED being able to roam through the villas grounds and play. The pools were a welcome retreat when we just wanted to hang around the villa. The town is friendly and there were many of places to see and eat. Casa Conti di Sotto is within an hours drive to Siena, and Pisa. We drove to Grosseto(20 min drive) and took the train to Rome(2 hour train ride). It was relaxing to come back home to the villa and watch the sun set over the hills. I would highly recommend Casa Conti di Sotto to couples and families alike. I know that my family and I will be going back.

Urlaub erster Klasse

Ein toller Urlaub für die ganze Familie. Die Häuser, das Ambiente und die gesamte Anlage bekommen von uns Eltern, den Grosseltern und den Kindern besonders empfehlenswert. Es war alles sehr sauber und extrem gepflegt. Man hat auch an alles gedacht, wie z.B. selbstgemachtes Olivenöl und Rotwein zur Begrüßung. Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, da man nicht in einem Touristenregal untergebracht ist, sehr ruhig, idyllisch. Luxus pur. Ausreichend Aktivitäten bietet das Umland mit einem Waterpark in Follonica und dort ebenfalls einem sehr schönen Strand. Hat man darauf keine Lust, so bleibt man bequem an einem der beiden Pools. Preis Leistung ist grandios und wir freuen uns jetzt schon alle auf nächstes Jahr.

Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour à Casa conti di sotto! Le personnel est très gentil, disponible et discret. Tout y est pour passer d'agréables vacances en famille et pour se reposer! Je conseille à tous ce lieu merveilleux!
