Great location

Spent a week here….the property was as advertised and in great location. The manager Therese was very helpful. There are two flights of stairs up to apartment and spiral staircase up to second bedroom. Lovely patio with waterproof awning. Would recommend.

You won’t want to leave !

A fabulous property in an outstanding location. Travel to and from the property was a breeze with it being located right beside the tram stop. The apartment was well equipped and importantly had comfy beds! The outside terrace was a terrific addition to the property and we spent lovely times on it eating, drinking and chatting. Being in a top floor of an historic building the stairs were steep and narrow - didn’t annoy us but might be something to consider if you have any mobility issues. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in Nice!

Lovely apartment in great location

We loved staying right on the edge of the old town, with easy access to all parts of Nice, including the beach, restaurants and more. The apt is spacious & comfortable with a beautiful terrace. The nearby nightclubs and wandering singers could be a bit loud, but the air conditioning worked beautifully. It is a walk up so its good to be able to navigate stairs. We loved our stay & would be happy to return!
