Nice appartment and location, but some issues

Family of two adults, four kids aged 10 to 16yo, stayed for three nights during +30 C weather. Pros: nice appartment, well-kept, good location within close walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, Old Nice and the famous Promenade des Anglais. Easy access from train station with the new tramway. Price comparatively reasonable. Cons: 1 - no air conditioning: although there were four portable fans, this was not enough, especially at night-time. 2 - no hand towel in the single bathroom (which can be an issue depending on the number of people staying). 3 - no garbage bags, kitchen towel (to dry dishes), and a meager two dishwasher detergent cubes supplied. Overall, it's more of a 3.5/5, and with an improved welcome package from the owner (points 2 and 3), this is 4/5... in appropriate weather.

Dear Denis, We are so sorry about hot weather time, It was an unusual weather. This aprtment is use to be very well ventilated. When you booked it, airconditionning was not installed yet. The good news is, for next spring is going to be climatized, the condominium give us the autorization to install it. But it will only necessary for extrem outside hot temperature. For towel issues, we apologize, As we keep a constant contact with our guest during all stay (whatsapp, sms, phone, facebook) we could have intervened to bring you the missing towels if you asked it. We do furnshied 2 garbage bags and 2 dishwasher soap. For more you can buy to us small kit. This is way to do best quality price (as you notice). We hope you have a great time in Nice and enjoyed weather. Best regards, Jerome and Boris
