Beautiful newly renovated apartment (May 2021) with a truly unique view of the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno river.

Spacious and airy, this apartment has been renovated and furnished with elegance and with great attention to detail, to make you feel truly at home. Located on the first floor, it also has a lift.

The large and very bright living room has a comfortable sofa bed, an armchair and a round table in the dining area. From the large window you can enjoy a splendid view of the Arno and Ponte Vecchio. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you need to cook up your favorite meals, with a small counter where you can eat for two.

The apartment has three bedrooms: one with a queen-size double bed, the other two with two single beds that can be joined together to form another double bed. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and bedside tables and the master bedroom also has a desk.

In addition there are two renovated marble bathrooms, both with showers, one with a laundry area with washer / dryer and a large wardrobe in the entrance area.

Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Check-in by 7:00 PM is included in the price of the stay and does not incur any additional charges.

**We generally allow check in anytime after 11:00 AM, though we cannot guarantee the apartment will be cleaned until 3:00PM

Outside of the standard hours, it is mandatory to provide us with your flight/ train number or any other arrival details. There is an additional cost for late check-in: 7:00PM -9:00PM 20 EURO | 9:00PM -11:00PM 40 EURO| 11:00PM - 01:59 AM (next day) 70 EUR| After 02:00AM on request

The location was perfect. The apartment was clean. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the washing machine as it was broken, but the staff sent us clean towels. We had a wonderful trip!!

Great location and the AC works!

We enjoyed our stay here right in the heart of Florence just steps from anything you want to see. The AC worked well and the apartment was stocked with everything we needed for a few days including a washer/dryer!

Wonderful property!

The apartment is in the middle of everything and just steps to the Ponte Vecchio. The only downside was the noise late into the night from all of tourists but the property and location made that a minor inconvenience.

We had about seven people in our group for teenagers three adults. This property is beautiful perfect ideal location very clean. Check-in was extremely simple. It was located next to everything you want. We definitely will return here and when we return to Florence. The beds were super comfortable. There was a washer and dryer on the property as well as blow dryers. There is also an elevator You have to go up about 10 steps before the elevator property is ideal and I give it a five star rating

Great location for extended stay!

This modern apartment was just what we needed after several days of traveling through London and Paris. The place was clean and the showers and washer and dryer were very helpful. We were a large group of 9 and various ages and this worked perfect for us. The location is also excellent! We could step out of our door and find everything we needed in any direction. The host was very friendly and accommodated our early check in. He also explained everything very well and responded quickly to any inquiries while we were there. My only suggestion: provide the Nespresso pods for the machine and a larger trash can in the kitchen 😊

The apartment is very nice and well located. However, it was not as well-maintained as we expected. The waste paper basket in the kitchen was broken, as was the rubber molding on the shower door in the main bathroom, making it impossible for us to use it without flooding the apartment. And when we checked in, we were told we needed to carry the trash out and put it somewhere in the street when we left not what we expected at these prices
