Casa Coruja is a fantastic space to share with the extended family or a group of friends - featuring different areas for those who want to enjoy heated pool time or a BBQ in the sun, to quiet nooks for those that want to read a book in the shade.
We have 4 large bedrooms, 2 with Kingsize beds, and 2 with twin beds - offering flexibility for every situation. Plenty of private parking.
A/C, electric window shutters and a lush garden that wraps around the villa means privacy & comfort are a given.
The space
This is a stunning example of a luxury 4 bedroom Portuguese villa with heated pool - arranged on the ground floor with gardens that surround the entirety of the house.

A large sweeping driveway leads to the main entrance of the villa. Just inside the wide front door, you can find a cloakroom and a spacious foyer. Forget your cares when you close the front door behind you & let every need be met by this fabulous house.

There is a fully fitted kitchen, should you wish to cook a meal. Plenty of nearby restaurants give you the option to avoid all domestic chores, if you prefer. Two separate Barbeque areas in the grounds give the whole group plenty of options to find a hangout space that suits the moment.

A family sized lounge is perfect for watching a film at the end of a long day of adventures, or choose from a stack of board games, puzzles or books for more entertainment options. Everything has been considered in this space - including the easy access HDMI cable for handy connection of games consoles etc.

Patio doors throughout the property give access to the grounds, lending the villa a true inside/outside living experience. A private indoor courtyard with seating and BBQ area can be accessed from the dining area, with stairs leading from this shaded nook to the open roof terrace where wide views of the surrounding lush greenery and sea views can be enjoyed from the comfortable patio furniture.

All four bedrooms offer direct access to the terrace - with two providing Kingsize beds, and the second two with twin beds. You will sleep comfortably here with A/C in every room, along with electric window shutters for the total blackout experience. Two bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms in a traditional style. Bedrooms three and four share the use of a third fully equipped family bathroom. Fitted wardrobes in every bedroom means you can really feel at home for the duration of your stay.

The swimming pool is a standout feature of the property. Measuring 12x6m, it's the ideal size for getting some lengths in, or lounging about on the provided pool toys. The extensive patio area has a further built-in seating section near to the traditional barbeque. Sunbeds and dining furniture can be found throughout the house and grounds, giving plenty of options for relaxation.

This villa is fully enclosed with a private driveway with space for several vehicles. Well-furnished and presented, this is a great choice for larger family groups!

With a beautiful beach only a few minutes walk away, along with nearby restaurants, a supermarket and other facilities. Praia do Vale de Centeanes beach offers snack bars and water sports, as well boat trips which are available to explore the surrounding coast nearby.
The famous seven hanging valleys walking trail starts at the same beach and is well worth the effort for the views of the magnificent coastline. Vale do Milho Golf welcomes all ages and abilities so an ideal activity for families. For more serious golfers, Gramacho is a ten-minute drive. Rocha brava is a five-minute walk and tennis courts and a gym can be found there.

Benagil caves are a 5-minute drive away or 15 minutes walking
