 The Cube Magnifique 8 was designed by architect Jan van Tellingen. This luxurious detached holiday home is suitable for 8 people. The interior may vary between homes. The living room is stylishly furnished and features a comfortable seating area with a television. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, combination microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The home has 4 bedrooms in total: 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor, each with 2 single beds. There are 2 luxurious bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Some homes feature a bathroom with a bathtub, which can be requested as a preference. There is also a separate toilet. The sliding doors in the living room open onto the terrace with garden furniture. You can park 2 cars at the accommodation, and free Wi-Fi is available.

Mauvaise expérience dans cette maison

La maison est très bien située pour visiter Amsterdam et environs, mais elle était vraiment très sale, et l’odeur de cigarette très incommodante ! Dommage cela a entaché une partie de notre séjour. Les photos de l’annonce (interieur) ne correspondent d’ailleurs pas à la réalité.

Gelungener Jahresanfang mit Freunden

Es hat alles gepasst. Das Haus hatte viel Platz, perfekt um Abends mit allen zusammen zu sitzen. Die Lage perfekt für Ausflüge nach Amsterdam, Haarlem oder Zandvoort. Die Betten waren uns persönlich zu weich. Aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Von der Ausstattung her hat nichts gefehlt. Einflugschneise des Flughafen, aber hat uns nicht so gestört.

Sehr schlechte Unterkunft für viel Geld!

Ungepflegtes Haus, defekte Möbel, Verlängerungskabel und Geschirrspüler. Anfänge von Schimmelbildung. Personal hat sich nicht um unsere Reklamationen gekümmert. Keine Rückmeldung zu persönlicher oder schriftlicher Kontaktaufnahme. Da war das Dauerlanden von Flugzeugen am nahegelegenen Flughafen (Park in direkter Einflugschneise) das kleinste Übel. Eine Woche kostete uns übrigens 2.200,- Euro. Zudem sollten wir am Abreisetag noch eine angeblich offene Rechnung über 50,- zahlen. Was genau diese beinhaltete konnte uns niemand genau sagen. Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist und kommen NIE wieder. Einzig positive ist die gute Anbindung nach Amsterdam.

Gut geeignet für einen Urlaub mit Freunden.

Waren in Holland um hauptsächlich Amsterdam zu besuchen und das Ferienhaus bzw die komplette Anlage ist dafür wirklich top gelegen. Der Banhof ist ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, allerdings gibt es nicht ganz so viele Parkplätze deswegen sollte man den Fußmarsch eventuell in Kauf nehmen. In der Anlage ist alles etwas beengt gebaut aber hatten trotzdem keine Probleme mit den Nachbarn oder ähnliches. Das Ferienhaus war zum Großteil sauber, nur der Garten und die Terrasse hätten etwas mehr Pflege vertragen können. Die Küche bzw die Spülmaschine und der Backofen waren auch nicht das Beste vom Besten aber zum Kochen vollkommen ausreichend. Alles in Allem war es aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
