To Reserve The House, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

The condo had everything we needed for our stay in Maui. The place was clean, well supplied, and as described. Communication from the owner was great both before and after out trip. We did not utilize the Kamaole Sands amenities much as we spent most of our trip exploring the island and in the ocean but the complex had a nice pool and couple of hot tubs. We would not hesitate to book this condo again.

This place is exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect for us, walk to the beach! There were all the necessities (beach chairs, umbrella, etc) plus a very well stocked kitchen. Super easy, super fun! Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was super clean and had everything and more (air fryer, rice cooker, and popcorn popper)! The location is perfect-right across the street from the best beach. The pool and pickleball courts were great too! It was great that the unit also had beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and sand toys. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great view. Short walk to the ocean. Close to restaurants, beach rentals, and little shops. Short drive to Wailea Shops. The owners stocked the condo well. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Wonderful Maui Vacation!!!

Corner unit with 2 lanai's was extremely and very clean and inviting! Excellent view of the ocean which gave us spectacular sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped and the beach access was phenomenal!! We would without hesitation book this suite again! The Property Manager, Matt, was so easy and excellent to communicate with. This was truly a perfect vacation!

Very happy with our stay!

We were very happy with our stay at this condo! This is our second time at Kamaole Sands, but our first time in this unit. This unit is nicely updated. It was also nice having a real second bedroom, as opposed to a loft bedroom in the other unit we stayed at. The beach closet was well stocked with towels, chairs, a cooler, boogie boards and sand toys. Kitchen had everything we needed, plus more! There was some construction happening at the property, but we personally didn't notice anything that detracted from our stay. We would stay in this unit again.

Condo was nice, but no plastic cups and short on silverware. Master room should of been the one with the bathroom in the room. Coffee pot needs to be glass! Otherwise great condo!

Thank you for being our guest and glad to hear that you found the condo nice. Thank you for letting us know about those kitchen items as they have been looked after now. The coffee pot is a high end Cuisinart coffee maker and many coffee makers have a stainless steel carafe, as this one does. The way that the condo is set up, the current primary bedroom is the one with the largest square footage along with its own private lanai. Many guests that book this unit have children, and as such it would be a potential safely issue for them to have access to a lanai, in a closed bedroom which is why the condo is configured as it is.

Amazing and so upgraded!!

I have stayed in Kam Sands over 20 times. I come for work and vacation and this was the nicest unit with the nicest property managers. It’s stunning inside. AC in the rooms on separate controls. Everything was so nicely done. There are a lot of other property managers who are rude at Kam Sands but these were great and called me to move places due to construction before I arrived. Allowed for early check in. So incredible! Highly recommend.

The condo was awesome and met all of our expectations with the exception of the building maintenance that shut off the electricity for several hours on two days. Never less it was a good time.

Great location

Ksands is in a great location and is good for families. The unit was in good shape but could have used a new mattress and pillows. Downside the landscapers shed was right outside our bedroom window. They start their day at 7:15 and gather and talk no way to sleep in except on Sunday's. Also picture shows dinning room table there is not one just a counter with bar stools.

The unit was just recently remodeled as compared to when you previously booked the condo which is why there is no longer a kitchen table but rather a large kitchen island. Sorry that you were disturbed by the landscapers as we will bring this to the attention of the resort management.
