The ground floor is on one level and features a double bedroom with its own en-suite, ideal for grandparents or those with restricted mobility. Hiking, climbing and mountain biking is widely available in the Cairngorms, and skiing can be found in Aviemore, 30 miles, and the Lecht ski school, 25 miles. There are plenty of walks and cycle routes available right from the doorstep and along the Speyside Way, and for golfing enthusiasts, there is a golf course within 5 miles. Here you are centrally placed for the Malt Whisky Trail with numerous distilleries within easy reach. The stunning Moray coast and beaches are only 30 miles away.
