This stunning 5-bedroom villa is located in the hills of Vence and offers some of the most spectacular views of the Cote d'Azur. Guests will enjoy a top notch luxury villa, large heated pool and Jacuzzi.

At this villa all 5 bedrooms are ensuite and offer great comfort. Both inside and out the villa is finished to a high standard and features modern architecture and technology.



On the ground floor there is a large open plan living area with modern and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast island.



The lower ground floor is dedicated to entertainment with a large play room with pool table, babyfoot, Sonos, comfortable seating and integrated sound system. Amazon Firestick allows guests to enjoy Netflix and Amazon Prime (own subscription needed).



The property is nestled in the hills and offers privacy and quiet surroundings. Outdoor dining is delightful throughout the day while enjoying the view at all times! The pool is a saltwater pool and can be heated upon request. The beautiful pool house is equipped with a gas barbecue and rotisserie.



A boules court and table tennis are available in the garden at the back of the house.
