Clean part modernised property. Great location.
First impressions, were poor. The front of the property was not as in the pictures advertised. There was no garden gate, and the front door very scratched. The garden was untidy.
Whilst very clean, the lounge was old fashioned with dated chip-wood wall paper, and a outdated suite.
We only used the the large front bedroom. Bed of which the mattress was comfy, but the head board very rickety. The upstairs toilet and separate shower rooms were very small but adequate.
The downstairs toilet, with bathroom, with a wet room were ideal for a family and /or someone with limited mobility.
The kitchen, was very well equipped, but unfortunately had many chipped plates and bowls.
The garden decking needs replacing, there was an old sign to say the railing was unstable, but the whole decking area was unstable. The fence between the neighbouring property was also partially missing, so not very dog secure.
Overall the property is good, but needs some general updating.
The parking provided at the neighbouring property, not suitable for a large family car. (Not long enough)
The information folder requires updating as all the information is out of date.
