Beech Tree Cottage in Waunfawr, Gwynedd can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

The kitchen houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and a living/dining room with wooburner and Smart TV. The bedrooms include a double with en-suite shower and two twins, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is a garden and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This property does not accept pets or smoking. Within 9.1 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach. Beach Tree Cottage is a superb escape, whatever time of year.

Amenities: Electric storage heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Smart TV, WiFi, DVD player. Fuel and power inc. in rent, initial starter pack of logs and any additional logs will need to be purchased. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking on private drive. Garden. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome free of charge. No smoking or vaping in the cottage. Note: The usual changeover day is Friday, please ask for short breaks - only available Fri- Mon and Mon- Fri Shop 0.9 miles, pub 1.2 miles, beach 9.1 miles
