This is a small apartment in an exceptional location that has been decorated with the highest quality fittings and fixtures. It was fully refurbished to specifically be a holiday let and the aim was to create a wonderful space for a single person or couple to enjoy the best Brighton has to offer.
It is located in the very best prime location in the city in a grade 1 listed building at the top of Brunswick Square. From the sun trap of a balcony, you have the most best view of the sea and gardens that you will find in the City.
Shops, bars and restaurants, and all Brighton's main tourist attractions are a short walk away. The Brighton Centre is also a very short and pleasant walk away along the beach. The property is ideal for those looking for a base whilst working in Brighton or for couples looking for a short leisure break. The property is on the top floor and is accessed via a wonderful 200-year-old lift. As this needs maintenance on average for two weeks every year the property is not suitable for people that are unable to manage stairs.
Huge attention to detail was paid on the refurbishment to make sure the property was fitted and furnished to the highest of standards.
