Not good.

The over-riding thing for us all was that the accommodation was not clean. In fact, it was dirty. The shower cubicles are shocking. There were sweet wrappers at the side of my bedside table, also large balls of fluff all around the skirting boards. It hadn’t been cleaned. The sink in the kitchen was a disgrace, with a filthy piece of string attaching the plug to the sink so we could wash dishes. The window sills in the living room were thick with dust. The beds were uncomfortable. I could go on and on. We got what we paid for I suppose but we at least expected it to be clean.
