A 2 day break away

Love Stratford. Bed uncomfortable, and shower so terribley small. Rediculous amount of pre stay paperwork! Difficult when no direct access , eg when on the road.

Location is great

Easy access to the centre and all the 'tourist' ' things to do in Stratford upon Avon.Room 2 on the ground floor at the rear of the property, was clean and tidy and nicely layed out.Kitchen was good apart from not having a cooker, just a microwave, but everything else was provided including tea and coffee, washing up Liquid , tea towels etc.Bathroom was very clean with a small ('ish!) shower, toilet and basin.Access into an untidy rear yard was possible but with no seating provided for either the room nor yard it was of little use to us.Upon our arrival there wasn't a hairdryer, iron or ironing board but these items were brought the next day when the error was pointed out to the hosts. Who were easy to message and responded immediately.

Nice flat in good location with some scope of improvement

Flat is in good location close to the town centre, and quiet. Could do with a small table and chairs, and some minor repairs would improve the experience. Unfortunately the advertised parking is on street parking for permit holders, or no return within 4 hours. We would have been prepared to pay a small fee for a permit, but this option was not offered. The big off street parking shown in the advert was blocked by a single small car during our stay. We contacted the agency several times, but only got the answer repeatedly that ample free on street parking is available next to the flat. Since we were not keen on a parking ticket, this issue didn't improve our holiday. We would have considered to rent the flat for our future visits, but not with the parking issue.
