Kea (also known as Tzia) is a beautiful northern Cycladic Island located to the south of the Attica Coastline, only one hour away from the port of Lavrio. It’s popularity as a sailing and weekend getaway destination is mainly due to its proximity to Athens. Its landscape will catch your attention with its green fields, high hills, vineyards, olive groves, ravines, coves and secluded beaches.
What makes this property unique
The villa is located on a hill, in a quiet residential area of the island, without the hassle and bustle of the port or the main town of Ioulida. This area will reward you with stunning views, peace and tranquility, but it is also located only 10 minutes away from Korissia Port, where you will have access to shops, restaurants and nightlife.
