Published price for the whole house. 12 persons . Consult for 6 or less people. Beautiful house just 200 meters from the beach. Free WIFI. SMART TV, NETFLIX Ideal for 2 families with 2 or 3 children. It has everything you need to make your stay pleasant. Surrounded by pine forests. It consists of a first floor with a living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dryer, toilet and private patio; 2 terraces, OWN POOL (from MAY to September); a second floor with three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 full bathrooms. And a basement with another 2 rooms with 1 full bathroom. It has a private parking space. Isla Cristina has a large fine sand beach with large dunes. Ideal for resting.
NOT INCLUDED TOWELS OR BED LINEN. It is an extra €20 per person and stay.
The entrance will be, in principle at 5:00 p.m. and the exit at 12:00 p.m. (Ask before).
Free Wi-Fi. Consult price for 6 people or less!!!
The pool is available from June to September, both months included.

THE PRICE published is for the entire house. IT IS DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE, for 6 people or less, the lower part is closed, leaving 2 doubles and one double on the first floor. In addition to 3 bathrooms. CONSULT FOR 6 or less people

Comunicación ágil con el propietario, facilitándonos información sobre restaurantes y localidad. La ubicación de la casa es excelente a 5-6 min de la playa y zona tranquila. El centro está muy proximo en coche con muy facil aparcamiento. Las playas nos causó una muy buena impresión sin estar muy saturado de gente. Con relación a la casa se podrían mejorar algunos aspectos, pero en general pasamos unos días fantásticos en familia.

Una estancia maravillosa

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo entre amigos. La casa estaba muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para cocinar y disfrutar tanto dentro como en el patio y la piscina. La amabilidad y disponibilidad del dueño es maravillosa. Recomendable 100%

Very desappointing

The owner is not correct and tries to unfairly make money at check out claiming "messy house". the children's beds are broken and on bricks. the house is not 250 meters from the beach, it is much further away. pool chlorine causes allergies. We do not reccomend at all.

Es la primera ves que he tenido que usar la fianza. Vajilla sin lavar , mucha suciedad acumulada, mantas por los suelos..la playa está exactamente a 278m como podéis ver en más fotos. La cama de los niños no están rotas sino que están reforzadas para darle más seguridad y el cloro es apreciación de cada uno, nunca hemos tenido queja.

Beautiful place and such a helpful host

We had a great time at Isla Cristina. It’s a beautiful house and ideally located for the beach and it’s restaurants. Eduardo was exceptionally helpful throughout and helped us negotiate an extremely late arrival and a hire car that didn’t show up. We’d heartily recommend this property for a stay.

Cómo en casa

La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Es grande, acogedora y no le falta detalle. El dueño es muy amable y está disponible para lo que necesites. En nuestra estancia no tuvimos suerte con la playa: viento, medusas, algas...pero la casa está genia

Casa espectáculo

Casa inserida em área residencial, a 200 metros da praia, com loja local nas redondezas, supermercado perto, tudo necessário ao pé, sem necessidade de recorrer ao carro. Piscina grande para pequenos e para grandes. Simplesmente umas férias de sonho!!!
