Great place to stay!

Small hiccup in the beginning that was immediately addressed to everyone's satisfaction. Host is very responsive. The location is great; near many restaurants, beach, mini market, bars... The unit is spacious, clean and with parking. It was great coming back there after long days of racing.

Sehr schönes, modernes Appartement mit einer großzügigen Terrasse mit Blick in einen schönen Garten. In 5 Minuten ist man am Strand. Einkauf des täglichen Bedarfs direkt vor der Tür. Das Zentrum von MM ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Für zusätzliche Fahrräder ist der Verleih direkt um die Ecke. Großer Parkplatz hinterm Haus auf dem eigenen Grundstück. Eine sehr gepflegte Gesamtanlage. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fijn appartement.

Het appartement en het terras zijn ruim, waardoor het ook bij matig weer prettig vertoeven was. Bij aanvang van het verblijf waren er problemen met de airco, die keurig binnen 24 uur opgelost werden. Al met al kunnen wij alleen maar heel positief zijn .

Appartamento spazioso, ben tenuto e fornito di tutto punto. Particolarmente apprezzata la terrazza ampia e comodamente vivibile. L'affaccio sul giardino, lontano dai rumori della strada, rende la permanenza particolarmente rilassante. La presenza di Pietro, portinaio discreto, ma sempre disponibile, rende il tutto una combinazione vincente, che giustifica il costo, che a prima visto appare un po' più alto della media. Sono denari ben spesi e faremo in modo di ritornare.

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung und Greifnähe zum Meer

Wir durften unsere Sommerferien im wunderschönen «Garden» verbringen und konnten eine super tolle Zeit geniessen. Es war der ideale Rückzugsort für unsere kleine Tochter (1,5 Jahre), in der Nähe des Strand und mit allem was für ein individuelles Leben notwendig war. Unterkunft: Die vorgängige Kommunikation, sowie Rückfragen während des Aufenthalt waren schnell und kompetent beantwortet. Vorort war der sehr nette Hauswart für alle Anliegend fast rund um die Uhr verfügbar und konnte unterstützen. Das Appartement liegt in einem abgeschlossenen «Condomino» umgeben von einem Zaun - perfekt also für Kinder. Das Appartement selber war gross, geräumig, zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Küche war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und liess das Zubereiten aller Speisen zu, inkl. Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Im Appartement gab es ein grosszügiges Wohnzimmer, und vor allem einen möblisierten Balkon mit Esstisch, Stühlen und einer kleinen Lounge. Zum abendlichen Trocknen der Badetücher gab es auf der Westseite einen zweiten Balkon. Der Blick aus dem Fenster reichte nicht ganz zum Meer, doch mit den schönen und hohen Pinienbäume war es die richtige Umgebung um zur Ruhe zu kommen! Die Matrazen der vier Betten waren OK, die Auflage (Bettgestell) etwas laut. Das ganze Bettzeug (wie auch weitere Frotteewäsche) musste voraussichtlich wegen COVID selber mitgebraucht werden. Allgemein waren die Fenster etwas dünn und laut. Es war unmöglich das Schliessen einer Tür/Fenster im Gebäude nicht zu hören. Warmwasser war ausreichend vorhanden, da das Appartement einen eigenen Boiler hat. Auf dem Grundstück hat es viele ungedeckten Parkplatzmöglichkeiten auf einem Kiesplatz. Lage: Es liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse zum Zentrum von Cervia, jedoch in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Milano Marittima. Der Strassenlärm ist kaum zu hören und nicht störend. Zu Fuss kann das Meer in 5 Minuten erreicht werden. Der direkt zugängliche Strand ist bestens ausgestattet mit Spielplätzen, Verpflegung, angenehmen Liegen und einem sehr schönen Meerabschnitt. Perfekt ist es bei Ebbe, wenn das Wasser sich zurückzieht und bei seichtem Wasser weit ins Meer hineingelaufen werden kann. Um den «Garden» hat es einen voll ausgestatteten Minimarkt und Restaurants, zu Fuss ist der Ausläufer der von Cervia in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar, es fährt auch ein Bus. Der Aufenthalt im «Garden» sehr gut gefallen, und können diesen wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber für die gute Betreuung!

Quite good apparts in beautiful place.

Firstly I would like to mention Milano Marittima. Very green with large pines!! The apparts is in the garden and we could see squirrels sitting on the balcony) the beach is 5-7 min. Muni market near is very small and expensive but you can ride the bicycle to the large one in chervia. The restaurants are 10-15 min by feet. As for apparts - good but tired. The main problem of apparts - the beds. They are terrible loud! It’s terrible to here from another room with closed doors that someone has seat in the bed! The other problem - windows. If anybody in the building open it you will hear.. these 2 points were disappointing. Other was good.

Un paradiso per famiglie con bambini

Appartamento spazioso, luminoso e ben disposto dotato di un meraviglioso balcone che si affaccia sul grande giardino privato del condominio nel quale pranzare e cenare in totale relax. Da sottolineare se si soggiorna in piena stagione che si ha a disposizione il parcheggio privato del condominio. Ideale per famiglie anche numerose, situato lontano dalla zona "calda" dei locali, a due passi ha tutto ciò che serve come un mini market ben fornito, diverse rosticcerie e a pochi minuti si è al mare, se ci si vuole spostare abbiamo trovato molto comode le bici incluse con l'appartamento. L'appartamento è al terzo piano e c'è l'ascensore. Altra chicca per qualsiasi esigenza a disposizione un simpatico custode che si occuperà di risolvere ogni vostro problema. Dietro al appartamento si imbocca un sentiero che costeggia il parco pineta, fantastico per chi ama andare a correre e ideale per addormentare i propri piccoli quando le giornate si fanno eccessivamente calde. Il voto sarebbe stato un 5 stelle, non le posso dare per una lacuna relativa alla assenza di aria condizionata che anche se l'appartamento è arieggiato se si trova una stagione più calda di quest'anno potrebbe essere un po' un problema, a parte questo impeccabile. Consigliatissimo!

Lovely balconies

A lovely clean spacious apartment in a quiet block. Balconies front and rear mean you can get sun or shade morning and evening. Kitchen was well equipped with all essentials inc Dishwasher and coffee percolator! Washing machine was useful too. Modern shower room and an additional cloakroom was clean and all worked well. Plenty of car parking space in the shade of trees, behind electric gates for security. Walking distance to the beach (even the free beach!) and town centre. Mini market, Bike hire, Restaurants and a Gelateria were all just across the road (in Aug 2013).

"Appartamento pienamente rispondente alla descrizione. Ben suddivisa la zona notte da quella giorno per cui puo' essere vissuto comodamente da sei persone. La zona e' tranquilla ma con tutti i servizi presenti nel raggio di 100 metri.(Edicola, tabacchi, ristoranti, neg. alimentari ecc.) Il mare dista circa 200 mt. ma arrivarci sono 5 minuti di passeggiata sotto i pini. C'e' tanto verde e nessun rumore. Unico neo (per unirmi al coro) e' la doccia che non ha il sali-scendi utile per i bambini. Si puo' pero' ovviare con una spugna e una bacinella. Come vecchi utenti di homelidays credo che sia l'appartamento migliore che abbiamo trovato."

"il condominio, in cui è situato l'appartamento, si trova in una zona tranquilla, circondato da alberi. ci vogliono 5 minuti per arrivare in spiaggia e 15 minuti per arrivare in centro, comunque nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi necessari (supermercato,ristorante,edicola, ecc.) all'interno l'appartamento è accessoriato da lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno a microonde ed è spazioso e confortevole con due grandi terrazze. l'unico "difetto" è che nella doccia non c'è un saliscendi per lavare i bambini."
