Apartamentos Day Madrid welcomes you to this charming apartment, located in an unbeatable area just a few minutes from Gran Vía, in the very heart of Madrid. Surrounded by cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants, and the city’s main tourist attractions, it is the perfect place to fully enjoy Madrid.



We take care of every detail so that you feel at home from the very first moment. We look forward to welcoming you!.





It is a practical and functional 48 m2 apartment ideal for up to six guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



It is located on the first floor and the building has a lift. In the lobby you will have to navigate a few steps to reach the lift.



The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed of 1.35 cm and the other with a bunk bed, both equipped with portable air conditioning and electric heaters.



You will also find a comfortable sofa bed for two people in the living room and a television.



You have a modern and spacious bathroom with shower, bath gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the beds.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 6 people and other usual utensils, where you will find a dining table. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and iron.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.

Ask for a crib or high chair for your baby if you need it.

Overall good, overall area great and close to metro, only negative is music very late into night, it is right over mens gay bar with some risque stuff in windows young kids have to walk by.

Booked for five adults. Bedroom 1 had an unstable ceiling fan which completely wobbled when in use. Seems like it was going to fall when turned on. This room had no air conditioning and was hot.Room two had an unstable bunkbed. Not sturdy for an adult. He ended up sleeping on the floor for our stay. Room two had a portable AC, which the connection to the wall kept falling throughout our stay. It was located directly behind the door. You couldn’t open the bedroom door all the way. This made our day very uncomfortable reached out to property to move to another unit. They wanted to charge me an additional 400 to move and I I declined. The property, stairways, elevators are very rundown and need some updating. The electrical box covered in foil was very concerning. Some of the steps on the stairway are uneven and are hazardous. This could be a serious liability if someone gets hurt.

El apartamento esta muy bien, pero tiene una falta de enchufes en las habitaciones. Hicimos el check in a las 17h y nos dijero que ya era tarde y no nos podian atender personalmente, fuimos a buscar las llaves donde nos indicaron
