“Casa Laura Follonica” is extremely comfortable and located 200 meters from the sea in a splendid position in the city center, adjacent to Corso Roma, the main street of Follonica.
One double bedroom with a romantic four-poster bed, one children's bedroom with two beds + one pull-out bed, and a double sofa bed in the living room (with a terrace overlooking the square-garden equipped with curtains and a small table with two chairs), a kitchen. Two satellite TVs with DVD players, one bathroom with a hydromassage shower (0.90x0.70), hairdryer, vacuum cleaner.
Fully equipped kitchen: 4 burners, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, ironing board and iron (terrace with awning and outdoor drain in the kitchen), microwave, kettle, mixer, deep fryer, toaster, moka coffee maker, American coffee machine, Lavazza espresso machine.
Independent heating, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, safe.
Follonica is a lively coastal town, offering all kinds of fun and entertainment for adults and children (large playground, water park, all kinds of water sports, racecourse, golf course and mini golf, tennis, and all kinds of evening entertainment).
It overlooks the most beautiful gulf in Tuscany, opposite the Island of Elba between Punta Ala and Piombino.
The sea is calm and peaceful, shallow and crystal clear, ideal for small children and for playing on the beach. There are private beaches and equipped bathing establishments, and the sand is white. To the left, the gulf ends with rocky beaches, coves, inlets, and the famous “Cala Violina” beach.
The railway (where all the main trains stop) connects Follonica to various Italian tourist destinations.

Great! Excellent!

Its the second time we stay at this beautiful apartment! Everything is perfect here! Very cosy adn nice. Big enough, good choice for the family with kids! We travel a lot and always stay at the aparts in different countries, but Laura's apart is defintly the best! Hope to come back soon again!

Bellissima casa

Siano stati nell'appartamento della signora. Laura una settimana ad Agosto e sinceramente da subito la proprietaria ci ha indicato tutte le informazioni possibili .La casa era pulita ci ha accolto una signora molto gentile e ci ha mostrato l'appartamento. Siamo stati benissimo. Il bagno era nuovo ed anche la cucina con la veranda era fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici. I letti comodi ed il terrazzino fantastico tutto curato nei minimi particolari. Ottima vacanza nonostante il 4 piano dell'appartamento.

Perfetto!!!

Tutto perfetto, l'appuntamento è molto carino e la posizione comodissima per raggiungere sia il centro che la spiaggia. La proprietaria Laura è gentilissima, ho molto apprezzato il fatto di avere trovato la biancheria a disposizione e qualche piccola accortenza come acqua, kit da bagno e apprezzatissima la bottiglia di VINO :)

Immer wieder schön

Wir fahren nun schon seit 5 Jahren jeden Sommer nach "Casa Laura" und werden auch nächstes Jahr zurückkehren. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern, ist sehr geräumig, und ist sehr gut ausgestattet - besonders die Küche mit Spül- und Waschmaschine und allerlei anderen Geräten. Ein anfängliches Problem mit dem Internet konnte von Marco nach kurzer Kontaktaufnahme schnell und zuverlässig behoben werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und stets um das Wohlbefinden ihrer Mieter bemüht. Die Wohnung befindet sich unmittelbar im Zentrum von Follonica an einem kleinen Park und ist somit nur wenige Schritte von Supermarkt, Markthalle, verschiedenen Restaurants sowie Frühstücksbars und Shoppinggelegenheiten entfernt. Der Stadtstrand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und bietet stets glasklares Wasser, jedoch sollte man ihn in der Hochsaison schon morgens aufsuchen um einen schönen Platz zu bekommen. Man sollte auf jeden Fall Follonica bei Nacht erleben, es ist immer etwas geboten. Cara Laura, ringraziamo per le vacanze belissime, è sempre un piacere incontrarti. Non vediamo l'ora di ritornare a Follonica! Al prossimo anno!

Appartamento spazioso e pulito; abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario, perfino una friggitrice in cucina. La posizione è ottimale, a pochi passi dal mare. La proprietaria è stata così gentile da permetterci di usufruire del suo ombrellone personale. Abbiamo già prenotato per il prossimo anno.

périmé, pas connecté mais bien situé

Chère Laura, Notre séjour à Casa Laura ne s'est pas passé comme prévu. Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes et nous restons une semaine dans votre appartement. A notre arrivée, il avait 1 rouleau de papier-wc et 2 capsules pour le lave-vaisselle... Ces produits ne sont pas obligatoires mais nous avons fait 5 locations pendant nos vacances et nous avons toujours eu des produits en quantité suffisante sauf chez vous. Cela fait avare. Vos produits d'accueil sont une gentille attention mais les gâteaux étaient périmés. Nous l'avons signalé à Mme E, j'espère que vous les changerez pour les prochains clients. Pour le problème d'internet, j'ai du vous expliquer plusieurs fois que le problème ne peut pas se résoudre par téléphone et vous me dites toujours d'appeler votre ami Marco. Ensuite le magasin TIM de Follonica vous explique plusieurs fois qu'il faut recharger votre crédit mais vous ne les croyez pas. Et pour terminer je vous ai demandé plusieurs fois d'annuler internet et au bout de la 3ème fois vous avez fini par accepter. Des problèmes peuvent arriver pendant une location, dans ce cas il faut savoir écouter et bien réagir. Votre manière de faire n'a pas été la bonne. Heureusement l'appartement est bien situé et Follonica est une ville agréable.

Just Perfect!

Beautifully appointed apartment situated in the heart of Follonica perfectly placed in a lovely palm filled square, only minutes walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and the station. The owner has gone to a great deal of trouble to ensure that the apartment will provide the perfect home from home, everything is fresh and clean and well looked after and the views from the fourth floor rooms over the rooftops to the mountains beyond are wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped and we took full advantage of the wealth of local fresh produce, there was quite a glut of porcini during our stay and coming from England this was a rare treat for foodies! I cannot praise highly enough the care and attention that the owner lavishes on her guests, her customer care skills are second to none and from the moment I first enquired about the apartment she filled me with confidence that we would have a memorable holiday... we were not disappointed! I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone and I am very much looking forward to my return to Casa Laura in the future.

très bel appartement grand spacieux et bien équipé. très bon accueil de Mme E. proche de la mer par contre difficile pour se garer en pleine saison. les italiens sont super, très bonne mentalité et agréables. le séjour a été trop court , merci encore à la propriétaire et je conseille d'aller visiter la casa rurale où c'est merveilleux et le personnel est extra , spero à presto .....

L'appartamento è molto carino, spazioso, accogliente e pulito. La posizione centrale lo rende ideale per usufruire di tutti i servizi possibili: negozi di alimentari, ristoranti, passeggiate nella via dello shopping... è tutto a pochi passi! E la spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti! L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, arredato con gusto, ha una bella cucina attrezzata, delle camere spaziose, anche per i ragazzi Consigliato!

"Well furnished, clean apartment, very communicable and nice owner. Close to beach, many restourants, shops, market with good choice of fruit and vegetables is around corner . Beaches (municipal and private) are very close. We went to Venice, Florence, Rome, Pisa by train, it’s very comfortable way, because the railway station no distance at all. Follonica is very nice, small town. "

Exellent apartment!!!!

It was the best holiday we've aver had!!! We really enjoyed the apartment,the cosy bedroom, wonderful children room, comfortable kitchen! Everything is nearby, close to the beach, the sea is perfect, vine is great, easy to get to Pisa, Grosseto and other wonderful Italian cities! Everything was exellent! Thanks again to Laura.
