The first thing that every customer admires about our home is the view.
Located in the hills, you can enjoy a splendid view of Monte Conero, the Basilica of Loreto and the sea, but also of the beautiful surrounding countryside.
The area is very quiet.
The house is designed with 40 cm thick tuff walls, so you will stay cool even on the hottest days, but if that's not enough you have fans at your disposal.
We have ample outdoor parking.
Upon your arrival you will be greeted by my mother Silvana who will accompany you to the room you have booked.
Here you will find cordiality and discretion, a clean and serene environment.
Here we love animals and we gladly accept those who bring with them their "little / friend", but we are not "pet sitter", so always take them with you.
If you want to bring your pet to the sea, know that Porto Recanati has dog beaches.
I also remind you of the new law that provides for the admission of animals to public places (restaurants, bars, etc.)
The sea of Porto Recanati is the closest (5km by car), but we are also close to Sirolo, Numana, Mount Conero, Recanati, and many other places to visit. This apartment has a large kitchen with an American fridge-freezer.

The master bedroom has a panoramic balcony with a view of the Basilica of Loreto, Monte Conero and the sea.
You also have a small bedroom that can be either double or single beds.
A large bathroom, with shower column and whirlpool.
The saloon is very large and you have a 47 'smart TV, which can be connected to the internet.
If you want to eat out, you have a very large gazebo near the fountain.
