Stunning views, private position - 5 mins to beach! Heated pool option & Aircon

Casa Bianca is a south facing three bedroom luxury villa set in the excellent Parque da Floresta -Santos Antonio Golf & Leisure Resort. This villa is spacious with lots of private outside space and has the benefit of wonderful views to the golf fairway, overlooking the 14th Tee.

The resort itself boasts a fantastic 18 hole golf course, golf academy & driving range and tennis courts. The villa is 5 minutes drive from the very picturesque fishing village of Salema which has a wonderful beach and many excellent restaurants. There are many more unspoilt beaches within a short drive offering all year round fun and relaxation.

Lagos a wonderful marina town steeped in history is only 15 minutes away and the lovely seaside town of Praia Da Luz is also less than 15 mins drive.

Casa Bianca is situated in a private cul-de-sac on the resort with only a few properties on the road. It's in a sheltered private position only a few steps from national park.

A very comfy, tastefully decorated villa with all the essential facilities including good sized pool tucked away in private position, large pool terrace, bedroom terraces and two further terraces adjoining dining room and lounge area. An outside kitchen with BBQ, spacious master bedroom en-suite, good wifi and cable tv (including Sky sports) and private off road parking. Only 5 mins drive to the nearest beach and as you are a tenant in our villa you will benefit from discounted Green fees- It’s a very special place!

We provide bath towels but please bring your own beach towels or you can hire XL beach towels at resort office for €10 per towel.

The pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee and as a guide - £250 in Spring - (1 April to 31 May), £175 in Summer - (1Jun- 31 Aug) - £200 in Autumn - (1st Sept - 31 Oct) as an optional extra. These charges reflect the current energy prices and are subject to change. Please request pool heating when you book and we will confirm the current fees for you. We will invoice you separately for the pool heating fees. We do NOT recommend pool heating between November and April as this would require a lot of energy and with current prices would mean a weekly charge of around £285 as we also have to factor in that it would take up to 6 days to bring the pool up to temperature. Please note in peak season we can only accept weekly bookings with a weekend changeover.

Our property is fully compliant and has a registered Portuguese Letting License.

Do check all the drawers and closets for your personal items including those in the bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect Family friendly villa

My wife and I stayed with our children, their spouses and grandchildren (3, 5 years) for a week Each person in our group very much enjoyed the spacious, well-equipped villa, with its very special atmosphere and individual tasteful decorationSoraya was extremely considerate and helpful and so was the local staff. The Villa is beautiful situated on a golf resort which ensures picturesque surroundings and everything is neat and tidy, every villa is immaculate to look at! The villa had everything, was cosy, modern and in a gorgeous setting right next to the 13th tee! Communication from the owner Sarata was always super fast and checkin and checkout process so simple. Would 100% stay here again!

Outstanding location and villa.

We loved Soraya and Richard's villa location, one of the last few on a private dead end road overlooking a vast natural area/park. It is very quiet and private. Soraya was most accomodating and an excellent comminicator. It has nice decks and patios, a great fireplace and a lovely pool. I highly recommend it for your trip to Algarve. We hope to return.

We loved staying at this villaGreat views over the golf course in a very quiet position at the end of a no-through road.The house was spacious and comfortable - probably even better than the photos. We had the most wonderful holiday with our teenagers. Villa really well designed comfortable very clean and well equipped, pool fantastic (heating option definitely worthwhile). Lots to do in the local area and more we didn’t manage. Would love to come back.

What a fabulous place

Couldnt ask for more for a holiday villa. From the communication with the host to the fabulous location and the amazing villa itself, we had no complaints. Beautifully kept, so much space and the pool was fantastic. We had a little struggle arriving late finding the clubhouse which we drove past initially.but everything else was great. Highly recommended and will definitely be back again soon!

Lovely quiet , spacious Villa, lovely warm pool in a superb location

The Villa, was as described, spacious ideal for four adults, clean and modern, with a beautiful pool heated to a very nice temp. Situated on the golf course , well away from the road so very peaceful. This was our first trip to the Algarve we loved the local village of Salema, the beach was quiet, easy to book sunbeds on the day & lots of nice restaurants. We would happily come back

Amazing Portuguese Holiday Villa

This is a beautiful villa in a great location. The pool is great and the owners have done a great job refurbishing to a high standard. Salema is a lovely beach village with some great restaurants. Lagos is the nearest big town and has great shops, restaurants and atmosphere. The surfy beaches of the west coast are only 20 minutes away. We really had a fabulous 2 week holiday and would love to come back.

A little oasis

Such a lovely property nestled at the end of a quiet road with beautiful open views of the surrounding nature. Immediately relaxing and every step of our holiday was effortless due to all the care and little touches Soraya and Richard have thought about. The pool was glorious and I don’t think our boys are going to be fans of now having to spend most of their time on dry land again. Saleema is close by and a really understated but beautiful beach and village - well worth it!

A real home from home

We have stayed in many villas throughout the years and this is the first time I have had no niggles at all, it was perfect. Things like a selection of nice glasses for different drinks, mugs rather than cups, a large comfy sofa, sky tv, heated and clean pool, good furniture for outdoor use, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed with a comfortable mattress. I really couldn't fault it.

The property was everything we were looking for and more. Clean, fresh and welcoming with gorgeous views in a lovely rural location near excellent beaches. Property was freshly and tastefully renovated with all necessary amenities but not too many to make it messy and cluttered. Host was responsive and helpful and all our requests were met. The pool was very comfortable and well heated. I don’t think the listing does full justice as it did not mention that it was newly renovated, and the master bedroom is actually larger and more spacious in real life than it looks on the picture. Would definitely want to visit again, and hope it will happen soon.

We stayed for 3 weeks in June and had a fabulous time , the home is superb , quality furnishings with aircon throughout. The wifi is good and covers whole home and extends to pool area. The pool area with its views over the golf course were well used in the afternoon with sun from 1pm thro till sunset , pool sunbeds (6) were good quality along with sturdy parasols as can get a bit breezy. We took the pool heating option which I would recommend. The area is close to beaches with ( Burgau our favourite - 10 mins drive - quiet bay , fine sand and gentle slope into sea for swimming ) Saleema ( 5 mins drive ) and Lagos (18 mins drive ) . Fabulous restaurants in all these places especially if you love fish and seafood , Uber readily available for those times you don't want to drive and pretty cheap too compared to the UK. Contact with owner ( Soraya ) was easy and appreciated. If you're reading this review and looking at this area then this home will serve you well.

Geweldig!

Het huis is zo mooi en heeft ons echt doen ontspannen. Soraya is een super vriendelijke vrouw die je met ALLES helpt. Het kon niet beter. Ik zou graag nog eens terugkomen! Alleen jammer dat je ver weg zit van alles. Maar je kan makkelijk een uber bestellen, zoals wij hebben gedaan.

We bought Casa Bianca in October 2022 and have upgraded the interior and exteriors spaces. It now makes for a lovely home and holiday villa.

We had a house on the Silver Coast (north of Lisbon) which we rented out for 17 years - many of those years we were a Premier Host at VRBO and held 5* review status. We have now moved down to the lovely Western Algarve and plan to stay here for many more years. We are pleased to have quickly built up 5* a Premier Host status again with Casa Bianca.

We have two daughters and a son. My husband runs his own business in and I am a Director for a private healthcare business. We live in the Cotswolds in England and love Portugal - we have spent many years visiting. The people are lovely, the beaches awesome and food beautifully fresh and healthy!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this area - it has so much to offer - national park on the doorstep, amazing beaches down the road, historical town (Lagos), lots of history and amazing local restaurants.
We bought this villa for its position - it has the most amazing views of the pristine golf course and national park beyond, which you can access in just a few steps from the front door. Great for cycling, running, walking etc. The resort is extremely well kept and offers tennis, gym and spa treatments. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac road with just a few houses and no passing traffic. Extremely private and sheltered position. All the bedrooms get amazing light and sunshine as does the sitting room, dining area and kitchen. It’s such a sunny place. It has everything you need and is a cosy home for any holiday. We hope you love it!
