Easy check-in process; fantastic apartment in a wonderful neighborhood within walking distance of almost everything a visitor to Rome would want to see. Love being close to the Campo dei Fiori market. Apartment very well-equipped and so comfortable as well as elegant.
My wife and I were here about 3 weeks and had a very excellent stay. The apartment is quite commodious. The second bedroom is a bit small. It would have felt cramped for me, but the younger couple had no problem with it. The location is perfect for seeing central Rome and Trastevere. There are several grocery shops nearby, including a natural foods shop a two minute walk away.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was convenient and we had great communications with the hosts in advance. The apartment has everything one needs for a comfortable family time. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants, convenient grocery, and walkable to many sights. The kitchen is particularly well stocked for home cooks.
Great property in a great location in Rome. Felt like we were staying in a contemporary art museum in an old restored Italian property. Also was quiet at night for being so central.
Amazing stay for our trip. We were able to walk everywhere. Clean and comfortable - ac was great - and we needed it - Rome was so hot when we were there. Well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again

What a fantastic apartment! It’s in a fabulous location, very comfortable, and in perfect repair. Also very responsive hosts.
We cannot say enough great things about the property - it was perfect for a family of three, the location was fantastic (short walk to many sites), and the property managers were so friendly and attentive.
The location was great. The staff helping us was super responsive. We had some plumbing issues but that’s common when staying in very old buildings. The home had everything we needed.
We travelled as a family of four with our teens. The living area and master bedroom are spacious, second bedroom is small but adequate. A lot of nice art in the apartment. There was no noise and the air conditioning units were great. Location is excellent. And the check in process was a breeze. We would stay there again when we come back to Rome.

Beautiful flat on the prettiest street in Rome.
Loved my stay here and will definitely return. Master bedroom was perfect for me. Kitchen was great and the living room was very spacious.
The shower curtain in the small bathroom is just too big for the tiny shower. It should be adjusted so that there isn't so much fabric impeding the shower experience.
This property was as advertised and we would stay there again. The location is excellent, the host was in constant communication, quick to respond and very helpful in arranging transportation to and from the VRBO. Our party consisted of four adults and the stairs up to the unit were wide and not step, about 15 to 20 of them. It was not difficult getting our luggage up then. Thank you!!

Thank you for your kind review, our guests' comfort and satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us ! :) WWTS
Beautiful property in a very nice area. Lots of dishes, glasses and pots and pans if you want to do your own cooking. The host greeted us with a bottle of prosecco and wine, which was an unexpected, but pleasant surprise. The little “patio” area had some cute lights, but no batteries. It was very nice to have a washing machine, but it took a long time to dry our clothes, and there was only one drying rack. The beds were smaller than we are used to, but everything was clean with plenty of blankets. The second bedroom is extremely small, but we only slept and changed our clothes in there, so it was fine. I felt very safe there. The front of the building was either locked or an attendant was there, and the door to our apartment was solid. The hosts reached out to me through WhatsApp, so that threw me off a little because I thought all of the communication would be through the VRBO app. There is an additional “city tax” that you have to pay at all places in Italy, and we had to send photos of our passports. Including this only because I was hesitant, but in Italy, it’s what they do. There’s also a great little waffle shop just down the road. We had a great stay.
This rather spacious and comfortable apartment is located on a quiet street near the Tiber and on the fringe of the Historic section of Rome. It’s perfect if you want to stay within reasonable walking distance from The Vatican, Trevi Fountain and The Colosseum. Security is good, and the neighbors are silent. The platform beds have futon-like mattresses, which are on the firm side but comfortable. The layout is fun, with a wet bar and plenty room to dine and relax. Showers and toilets are decent, and each bathroom is equipped with a bidet as well. The large kitchen has all the wares you’ll need, including a large refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine for clothing. There’s also a Nespresso machine, toaster and a few other electrical appliances. There’s even a small, private courtyard off the kitchen to enjoy. Overall, the flat is an excellent choice for 3 or 4 adults.Quirks: If you use the wet bar, you’ll want to stock your own booze because the present bottles are only for show. There is no clothes dryer, so you’ll want to bring a portable clothes line. The A/C units in the flat must all be set to the same mode or none of them will work. Recommend reading the detailed information they provide when you check in. It will save you some time and possible anxiety. Last thing: if you use toilet paper, you’ll want to locate a grocer that sells the soft stuff.
