The perfect space for two, this 1 bedroom air-conditioned apartment has an inviting living room/kitchen with table for 2, bedroom with large king bed and white linen sheets, small modern bathroom with The White Company towels, and cute balcony with bistro chairs & small table. There's underfloor heating throughout.
The apartment is near 4 tube stations, all less than 10 mins’ walk away. Exciting neighbourhoods like Spitalfields, Shoreditch, the City of London and Wapping are all close by. I walk to Covent Garden & Soho in around 40 mins, or you could take the tube. Experience London from world-famous sights, to tree-filled Royal parks, to cosy riverside pubs, it’s always a good time of year to visit!

- The apartment is in a converted early 1900's building, located near a road and railway so noise is present. It is not soundproof. We provide earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.
- Some wardrobes are locked with personal items inside. Please do not attempt to open them.

Eric was very responsive and great to work with. His apartment is in a great spot, close to transportation. It was the perfect size for two people traveling. The white noise machine and fan were excellent for helping with jet lag.

The flat was perfect for the two of us. Located close to a couple of grocery stores and coffee shops. We walked to the Tower of London and piers for boat tours and river Uber. Also the Hop on/off bus was near by and a great way to tour the city. Our host was very helpful and easy to reach

Our stay in Eric’s flat was beyond our expectations. The apartment is a perfect size for a couple and well appointed by the host. The bed is comfortable and the AC worked well, especially during periods of unusual heat in London as was the case during our holiday. This cute apartment is great for visiting London. It is close to the tube, lots of places to eat, and maaybe best of all for us Canadians, Tim Horton's coffee in the cupboard. Eric was very helpful and helped us navigate with ease our first encounter with city transportation, which incidentally is amazingly easy.

We loved the location of this apartment. So close to Tower Hill subway station. We even were able to watch Netflix as guests in the evening. We cooked dinner every night. Only thing we missed were pot holders for getting things out of the oven.we would stay here again.

Great apartment.

This apartment is just as advertised, and I would highly recommend it. Location is off the tourists’ beaten path (which I prefer) but very convenient to the Tube and several areas of interest within easy walking distance. Communication with host was great. Many pubs and grocery stores nearby. I’d stay there again.

Lovely experience

It is a pleasant location with easy access to all of London. The apt is away from all the crowds in the West End. I really never noticed the train sounds at all; trains are less frequent during the night. I would stay here again.
