Der Gastgeber , sehr freundlich; hat uns pĂŒnktlich empfangen und uns das Wichtigste zur Wohnung und Umgebung erklĂ€rt . Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich fantastisch. Nette Bars, feine BĂ€ckerei, LebensmittelgeschĂ€ft und auch ein toller Strand sind in kĂŒrzester Zeit fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung selber ist im Grunde sehr gut ausgestattet; nur mĂŒsste unserer Meinung nach doch einiges erneuert beziehungsweise repariert werden (Dusche mit in die Jahre gekommenem Plastikvorhang, VorhĂ€nge im Schlafzimmer sind so lang; dass sie schmutzig werden mĂŒssen). Leider hat auch das WLAN die ganze Woche nicht funktioniert. Es wĂ€re auch wichtig; in der Beschreibung der Wohnung zu erwĂ€hnen, dass HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche nicht im Preis inkludiert sind,

Das Appartement ist schön, liegt aber etwas weiter vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Auf der anderen Seite war die NĂ€he zum Strand fĂŒr uns perfekt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mitten in Grado

Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter in Englisch war sehr gut. Er stand auch nach der Übergabe der Wohnung fĂŒr Fragen zur VerfĂŒgung und hat uns noch ein paar Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung mitgegeben.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Grado

Marco ist als Vermieter sehr zuverlĂ€ssig, steht einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Tolle SpielplĂ€tze fĂŒr Kinder in der NĂ€he und am Strand. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit đŸ€©

Leider böse Überraschung nach Abreise: 100 Euro fĂŒr MĂŒckengitter als GebĂŒhr erhoben, das wir angeblich kaputt gemacht haben. Wir wollten nicht streiten, haben um Rechnung fĂŒr Versicherung gebeten. Trotz mehrfacher Bitte und Einschaltung der Agentur nie erhalten. 1 Jahr verstrichen. HĂ€nde weg von solchen Vermietern

Rundherum zufrieden

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine Garage, in der wir das Auto und die FahrrĂ€der einstellen konnten. Die Lage war fĂŒr uns perfekt. Ruhig und doch schnell am Strand oder an der Lagune. Einkaufen, Busverbindung, Radwege..... alles in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Da auch das Wetter perfekt war, haben wir die Tage in Grado sehr genossen.

Appartement impeccable, trÚs bien situé!

Nous remercions vivement Marco pour son suivi attentif lors de notre sĂ©jour ainsi que la personne qui nous a accueilli sur place pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilitĂ©. L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, tout prĂšs de la magnifique pinĂšde mais Ă©galement Ă  deux pas de la promenade le long de la mer. Il bĂ©nĂ©ficie de tout l’équipement nĂ©cessaire et est agencĂ© avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. Un emplacement de parking est Ă©galement Ă  disposition ( fort apprĂ©ciable Ă  Grado!). Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour des plus agrĂ©able. À recommander sans hĂ©siter!

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit allem Komfort. Es fehlt an nichts. FĂŒr Familien ist die Wohnung optimal, da sie gross ist und zentral liegt. Marco und seine Assistentin stehen im mit Rat und Tat zur VerfĂŒgung. Wir kommen wieder.

Entspannter Familienurlaub mit Kleinkind.

Schöne Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Balkonen. Eine BĂ€ckerei ist gleich um die Ecke, Restaurants, CafĂ©s, Supermarkt und Strand fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist gut, wenngleich die Einrichtung zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Modernes Appartment in ruhiger und zentraler Lage

Das Appartment ist modern eingerichtet und hat eine sehr gute Lage: der BĂ€cker ist um die Ecke, man lĂ€uft 5 Minuten zum Strand, und der KĂŒstenradweg ist etwa 200 m entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, alles lief problemlos, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Saubere, ruhige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Schöner kleiner Balkon und Pkw Stellplatz im Hof. Sehr gute Lage. 5 min. zu Fuß zum Meer, 15 Gehminuten zur Altstadt von Grado, Bushaltestelle vor der HaustĂŒr. NĂ€chster Supermarkt 5 Gehminuten, BĂ€cker um die Ecke und Samstags ist Markttage auf der Piazza 2 Wohnblocks weiter. Gute Lage fĂŒr AusflĂŒge nach Aquileia, Triest usw. Hat uns sehr gefallen.

Tolles Appartement

Tolles Appartement in super Lage zum Strand, tolle Ausstattung (2x Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, WĂ€schestĂ€nder, BĂŒgeleisen etc. ) und nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Grado bietet viele sportliche und abendliche AktivitĂ€ten zum Weggehen, schöne Altstadt mit leckeren kulinarischen Gerichten und alles fußlĂ€ufig. Hier ist fĂŒr jeden Alter etwas dabei. Und zwei FahrrĂ€der fĂŒr die MobilitĂ€t vor Ort sind auch im Preis inbegriffen.
