Villa La Chatelaine is an attractively furnished, spacious and bright holiday home suitable for 6 people. It is located entirely on the ground floor and outside on the cozy square in front of the door is a nice bench. The house is located in the heart of Egmond aan Zee, so all amenities such as the beach, the dunes, the cozy center and the many nice terraces, restaurants and shops are just around the corner!

Layout holiday home

At the front of the holiday home are the bright, cozy living room with a cozy sitting area, a TV, two double bedrooms (one on the mezzanine), the dining table and the kitchen. From the kitchen you walk to the back of the house, where the third bedroom, bathroom with shower and a sink and the toilets are located. A nice bench is available for guests on a cozy little square in front of the house and the fine sandy beach of Egmond aan Zee are also located at walking distance!

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Wir raten unbedingt von der Buchung dieser Wohnung ab. Grund sind folgende MĂ€ngel: - im Wohnbereich an der Decke befindet sich ein Wasserschaden, der zur gesundheitsgefĂ€hrdenden Schimmelbildung gefĂŒhrt hat - der offene MĂŒlleimer in der KĂŒche fĂŒhrt zu GerĂŒchen und zu Ungezieferbefall - Reinigung: bei Ankunft war das Geschirr nicht entsprechend gesĂ€ubert; u.a. befanden sich Essensreste an dem Besteck; Waschmaschine und Trockner waren verdreckt - im Wohnbereich und in einem der Schlafzimmer sind die Lampen aufgrund fehlender GlĂŒhbirnen nicht funktionsfĂ€hig - keine LĂŒftungsmöglichkeit Weitere MĂ€ngel in der Ausstattung, die angesichts des Preises nicht tragbar sind: Es fehlen - ein Fön und eine SpĂŒlmaschine (bei einer Ferienwohnung fĂŒr 6 Personen sollte dies zur Standardausstattung gehören) - eine Ablage fĂŒr Shampoo etc. in der Dusche - ausreichende Möglichkeiten zum AufhĂ€ngen von HandtĂŒchern im Badezimmer - ausreichend KleiderbĂŒgel fĂŒr alle Personen (8 BĂŒgel fĂŒr 6 Personen reichen nicht) Alle MĂ€ngel wurden umgehend an die zustĂ€ndige Agentur gemeldet. Diese teilte uns lediglich mit, dass die MĂ€ngel bereits bekannt seien. Warum allerdings nichts unternommen wurde, ist uns schleierhaft. Offensichtlich geht es hier dem EigentĂŒmer nur darum, möglichst viel Geld aus der Vermietung der Immobilie zu ziehen. Die o.g. MĂ€ngelliste hat zu einer entsprechenden Bewertung auf den Internetportalen gefĂŒhrt. Außerdem haben wir den Urlaub vorzeitig abgebrochen.

Schöne, große und moderne FeWo mit wenig Ausstattung

Super Lage, moderne großrĂ€umige FeWo allerdings spĂ€rlich ausgestattet. Kein Staubsauger um den Sand in Schacht zuhalten, kein Föhn (Badezimmer generell sehr ungemĂŒtlich), keine Ausstattung fĂŒr Kleinkinder.

Mitten in Egmond

Wir verbrachten eine herrlich entspannde Woche mitten in Egmond, mit eigener Kaffeebank vor dem Haus und einem tollen Esstisch fĂŒr die ganze Familie. Alles war blitzsauber, sehr gemĂŒtlich - zum WohlfĂŒhlen. Der digitale SchlĂŒssel ist sehr praktisch. Lediglich das Zimmer mit dem Stockbett ist nachts sehr hell, da die Außenbeleuchtung nicht ausgeht. Die eigene KĂŒchenausstattung half LĂŒcken zu schließen. Es fehlt etwas zum trocknen der HandtĂŒcher. Wir fahren seit Jahrzehnten nach Egmond in unterschiedlichste FeWos. Leider passt das Preis Leistungs VerhĂ€ltnis nicht so recht.
