The flat was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room, well furnished, comfortable bed and in a beautiful area. The walk to the tube and high street took about 8 minutes.
Paul’s flat was absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean. I use a walking frame and the small lift in the building worked out perfectly. My husband and I stayed at the flat for five days between Christmas and New Year’s. I was worried about being cold, but the flat was warm and cozy. It was our first time visiting the UK and we adored Notting Hill. Public transportation was easily accessible and there were multiple options within a short walk away. We did all the typical touristy things. I would highly recommend Paul’s flat to anyone visiting Notting Hill and the London area!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Paul was welcoming and the place is beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen has all the amenities you need and everything is modern and clean. Another plus is that it's a quiet building. Just the things I was looking for!
This is a lovely flat with a terrific location putting you right in the middle of Notting Hill and beautiful Holland Park, and yet also pleasantly walkable to Kensington. The flat gets lovely light and has pretty views out almost every one of the numerous windows, has generous room and all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. All with an attentive host.

The flat was just what we needed for our two weeks of touring the city. It was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to several tube stations. Paul was available if we needed anything.
Paul was a wonderfully attentive host. He made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect week stay. Very comfortable light filled flat.
Convenient location. 10 minute walk to Notting Hill tube station. Close to wonderful shops and restaurants on Westbourne Grove. Easy walking distance to Kensington Gardens, and Holland Park. We will definitely return on our next visit to London.
Great flat, great location (great neighborhood and convenient to public transportation/restaurants/shops in multiple directions). Check-in process was very smooth. We requested early check-in and Pavlos met us personally at the flat 6 hours before standard check-in time to greet us, let us in, and give us the tour. He's also very reachable should you need anything. As a bonus, if you have heavy bags, the lift to the 3rd floor can be a lifesaver. Highly recommend all-around.

We had a lovely stay in Paul’s flat. The first things I noticed when I walked in is that it was bigger than it appeared in photos, impeccably clean, and had amazing natural light. Very well-equipped and the perfect location in a pocket of peace and quiet while very near the hustle and bustle of the best Notting Hill and Holland Park have to offer. Amazing proximity to train lines as well.
Paul himself was amazing, friendly, and accessible throughout our stay, and he was flexible and patient with our check-in and check-out times.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and look forward to my next visit!
This is a very comfortable flat. Everything worked well. It did take us a while to learn to control the heat, but once we figured it out we had no problem. The kitchen is very well equipped and comfortable for one person at a time, but when both of us were in there at the same time we got in each other's way a bit. We appreciated the stove top espresso maker! Nice views from the windows. We would definitely come back.

TLDR: Lovely flat; our best stay in London in the past 20+ years and many many visits. We would def stay here again!
Positives:
* Extremely accessible and communicative owner who checked in on us multiple times during our 2 week stay; example - we had questions about when the radiant heat would be turned on in the building; he followed-up very diligently.
* Lovely location in Notting Hill. Very quiet, upscale residential neighborhood.
* No cheap Ikea stuff! Couch, bed, dining table and chairs for example were all very nice and comfortable
* Nice remodel
* Very well stocked kitchen; we like to eat in most of the time and never lacked for an item to prepare a meal
* Quiet building, although we did hear a bit of noise from a child in a nearby flat a few times; but nothing you can’t tune out.
* Super comfy bed
* Super clean
Things to note:
* It is a modern, remodeled flat in an older building. You have radiant heat (radiators) and no AC. So your control over temperature is imprecise and cooling is by opening the windows
* Although the neighborhood is quiet, the flat is located on a reasonably busy street and if you require the windows open you will hear a good deal of vehicle noise.
* Noting Hill = a hill. So walks from the nearest 2 tube stations back to the flat requires a bit of an uphill walk. Not an issue for us at all, but just something to be aware of if you or someone in your party any some mobility challenges.
