Alcantara Sunny Terrace - Lissabon

Wir waren eine Woche in Lissabon. Das Apartment hat unseren Anforderungen entsprochen. Die Sonnenterrasse war super. Jedoch weist das Apartment auch Mängel auf. Die Ausstattung, vor allem Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser sind unvollständig. Diesen Umstand haben wir reklamiert und das Team von LisBeyond hat sehr schnell für Abhilfe gesorgt. Die Dusche ist undicht und das Bad muss nach jedem Gebrauch gewischt werden. Der allgemeine Sauberkeitszustand ist mangelhaft. Der Ofen bedarf einer gründlichen Reinigung. Das Apartment ist nicht für Leute geeignet, die schlecht zu Fuß sind (liegt im 4. Stock und hat eine sehr steile Treppe). Es gibt einen Bäcker direkt am Eingang, dass kam uns sehr gelegen. Trotzallem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Fijne hosts. Goede communicatie. Lekker centraal. Alles bij de hand. Top bakkertje naast de voordeur. Veel positieve punten. Éen klein punt; het appartement ligt onder een aanvliegroute; daar heb je ‘s nachts gelukkig geen last van. En overdag ben toch weg…

Das Appartment war gemütlich und sauber. Steile Treppe nach oben etwas schwierig. Leider krasser Flugverkehr, wir fanden es ziemlich laut dort. Auch der Autoverkehr. Ansonsten Busse und nette Bars, Bäcker, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. 10 min bis Zentrum
