CENTRAL, 250 METERS FROM THE SEA, 100 METERS FROM THE STATION
The house is situated in a great location, in the centre of Sestri Levante on a quiet street. Located on the third and last floor. The apartment has a clean and well-kept design and consists of an open plan living room/ kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a walk-in closet and a balcony. A large garage (for Italians standard) is available near the house.
The house is on the 3rd floor in a building from 1920 (no elevator), it has many comforts, among them we find: Wifi, air conditioning, cot and high chair (for children), coffee machine, Moka and Amazon Echo. The house also has a garage (included in the price) not very far from the house (due the difficulty to find free parking). It is located in a very quiet and quiet street.

The apartment does not have a lift

A small welcome kit is available (shampoo, bath foam and slippers)

Lovely Apartment

Wonderfully clean, well appointed and spacious apartment. Very close to the train station. The only improvement we could suggest would be the installation of a lift.

Een ruim en comfortabel appartement. Een prima uitvalsbasis om een paar dagen Sestri Levante te bezoeken. Voor wie met de trein komt ligt het appartement op loopafstand van het treinstation. Het strand en het mooie oude Sestri Levante is allemaal dichtbij. Bijzonder is de mogelijkheid om je auto veilig te parkeren. En een heel aangenaam klimaatsysteem in het appartement.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir waren zu viert eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist mind. genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Die Aufteilung war perfekt, weil jedes Schlafzimmer sein eigenes Bad hat. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Andrea ist ein fantastischer Host und war bei Fragen immer für uns erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet . Wir kommen wieder. Ich kann diese Wohnung und Sestri Levante absolut empfehlen
