One bedroom and bathroom and double bedroom is situated on the ground floor. Open plan living area with kitchen and dining area. Parking is available outside the front of the property on the road. I’m a married mother of 2, born and raised in Lincolnshire, my husband’s family is from Mablethorpe and surrounding villages and towns. We have spent a lot of time in Mablethorpe with our family and now our children are growing up, the novelty of donkey rides, sandcastles and penny arcades has worn off, so now it’s time to share our little gem with others.
Why they chose this property
This property is a home from home, we have spent a lot of time here, so have filled drawers with equipment etc that you won’t need to pack. It’s location is super central to everything, everything is within walking distance.

Situated on a quiet residential street, on road parking in front of the property. Everything within walking distance, a play park, shops, the beach, bars and restaurants etc
