This delightful villa was built 20 years ago as a holiday/family home with all the necessary amenities. It is tucked away between the A2 highway to the Algarve and the N10 national road in a rural community called Cajados. It is close to the Sado Wildlife Reserve and just 10 kilometres from the charming city of Setúbal. The drive from Lisbon Airport takes 35 minutes. The nearby Pinhal Novo train station offers frequent train service to Lisbon (city and city centre), high-speed trains to the Algarve and in the opposite direction to Porto, and serves as a hub for regional lines to the Alentejo region.

Accommodation: 12 guests, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
Ground floor: Spacious kitchen with a cooking island and all necessary amenities, living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, guest bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with, for example, a microwave, fridge-freezer, plates & cutlery, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, hob, toaster, convection oven, grill, blender, and electric kettle.
Upstairs: Bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and a balcony.

Air conditioning: All bedrooms, the kitchen, and the dining room are equipped with air conditioning!

A lovely, comfortable and well equipped villa. The location was very quiet and the gardens was lovely, we had some stunning oranges from the trees in it. Communication with the host was excellent at all times. We would happily return.

Ett fint hus. Enkel incheckning. Mycket god kommunikation. Lite smutsigare än förväntat bakom och under saker. Men i det stora hela ett mycket bra boende.
