Self - catering holiday in a fully furnished/equipped air-conditioned 1 bedroom apartment with Wi-Fi in the apartment and with a shared well maintained swimming pool. With the 2 double-bed futons in the lounge, it can sleep 4 comfortably. Very relaxing holiday in a quiet lazy mountain side village which boasts excellent restaurants but also has easy access (5 km. away), if required, to the faster pace of the coastal resort of Coral Bay. Children are welcome and for young children (under 3) a travel cot, high chair and buggy are available.
Conveniently situated to explore the surrounding areas such as the Agamas National Park, the turtle nesting beach reserves, the Troodos Mountains or, if keen just to stretch out and relax, close to many fine beaches. LARGE REDUCTIONS FOR EXTENDED STAYS (see below under Rental Prices). Wheel chair access.

The Paphos Region:

Very warm from June through to August. Milder in the spring and autumn. Chance of rain in the winter months but generally still mild with average day time temperatures of about 18C.

Spectacular coastal region with many archaeological sites. For site seeing and/or for those keen on more athletic pursuits, attractions such as the Agamas National Park and the Troodos mountains can be easily reached. If keen just to stretch out and relax, many excellent beaches are nearby including the turtle nesting beach reserves just up the coast from Peyia.

Peyia Village:

Quiet lazy mountainside village with excellent restaurants. The very traditional village of Kathikas, on the mountain plain behind Peyia, with its famous winery (open to visitors) and renowned restaurants,is within easy reach as is the coastal resort of Coral Bay for those seeking a faster pace.

This apartment was lovely and the complex was very nice but for people such as me with mobility problems I couldn't use the pool. Anyone who has mobility problems and doesn't want to use the pool there is a lift to the apartment from the parking area. A car is a must

I am sorry to hear about your problem with access to the pool. The car can be left on the lower level where there are fewer steps, or alternatively there is step-free access as you drive in to the complex though I acknowledge this is not ideal. Dommage pour la propreté et la qualité de la literie

L'appartement est dans une belle situation avec vue sur la mer à 4 km de celle-ci. Cependant, nous avons eu l'impression que le nettoyage avant notre arrivée n'a pas eu lieu. Les armoires n'étaient pas propres et le sol semblait avoir juste été brossé mais pas nettoyé à l'eau. En effet, les semelles de nos chaussures étaient grises de petites saletés en permanance. Dommage aussi pour la qualité du matelas qui nous a occasionné des douleurs matinales au dos. C'est triste que ces 2 éléments ont ternis la qualité de notre séjour à Peyia. Sans cela, j'aurai donné une côte de 9/10 pour l'appartement.

Dear Andre Please be assured the apartment is thoroughly cleaned, including washing of the floor and all bed linen is freshly washed for all new guests arriving. Perhaps it would have been helpful if you had let me know of your concerns at the start of your stay and I could have looked into it. A beautiful apartment with a beautiful view in quiet and relaxing area.

We loved our stay there. The apartment was great value and very well equipped. Peyia is well located being close to Coral Bay and Paphos town but a car is needed. Having a covered parking area and a lift were also very handy The pool area and grounds were well maintained and immaculate. An excellent holiday. Didn’t want to come home.

there is air condition in the bed room only for two hours. if you want more you have to wake up to push the button again.

The air conditioning in the bedroom is on a timer switch now as in the past guests have left it going continually, even with the windows open, with consequent very high utility bills. Hope this did not detract too much from enjoying your stay.

Lovely apartment, very relaxing, great location.

On arrival everything was ready and found the place to be very clean with all of the expected amenities. Spent some evenings just sitting on the balcony with a bottle of wine and taking in the view down the hill side to the sea - wonderful sunsets. Peyia village is a 10 min. walk away and has a good range of shops, supermarkets. Village also good for the local Cypriot cuisine and we took a liking to the 'greasy spoon', popular with the locals, where we got a great meze with village wine at a great price. Being summer the swimming pool was much appreciated and there is plenty of shade and recliners around the edge. Apartment didn't have satellite TV but, with the Wi-Fi and our laptop, didn't miss it. Plenty of places (coast, Troodos Mts.) to visit nearby but a car (hire cars seem to be cheap in Cyprus) is needed.

Why they chose this property

Soon as I saw the view down the mountainside and onto the sea and the sunset, I fell in love with the apartment. Just sitting on the balcony, with perhaps a bottle of 'red', and gazing out is my idea of heaven.

What makes this property unique

Relaxing holiday in a sleepy mountainside location but close ( 1km walk) to the village centre of Peyia which boasts excellent restaurants and bars as well as supermarkets/banks etc. Fully furnished and equipped, air-conditioned with TV, DVD, Radio, CD etc.
