We stumbled upon this house after our original rental got cancelled and honestly it was perfection! Great location and neighborhood. The house was spacious and clean and a great host. Would recommend this place for a party or 5 at most, room ALL THE WAY at the top gets too HOT and I dont believe someone can sleep there comfortably during the summer months aside from that it was perfect.

Nice!!

We really enjoyed staying here. The property was perfect for our needs. We had a small issue with the hot water (gas ran out) on our last night, but otherwise we had no issues.

Fantastic Vacation at a Unique destination

We had a fantastic stay at this property. There is nothing we found to be able to complain about. Clean, lovely place with an absolute fantastic view across the sea. We loved to cool down in the nice pool and prepare our food at the great BBQ. The host did a great job as well - communication prior to arrival as well as during our stay was excellent and swift. Highly recommended place! We will come back! Muchas Gracias!

Very nice property with unique and open atmosphere

Property in quiet area, lovely set up inside and outside. Enough space to find rest at one of the terrasses. Open setting with nice decoration, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of features. Spectacular views from roof top, reality looks better than the pictures. Very caring and friendly host.

Beautiful villa. Modern and comfortable home. Nicely set up with all you need with 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. If using the the bedroom on the highest level with amazing view, open windows when it starts to cool down as it gets hot up there. Terrace view of the ocean is stunning. Outside set up is comfortable with chairs, Bali bed and place to sun tan. Pool is small, but a great way to stay cool. House is located in a great area, market within walking distance with bakery and great restaurants. Highly recommend.

Incredible property with beautiful views and spacious living accommodations!

Daniel was such a gracious host. He made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, had great recommendations for the surrounding area, and was easily reachable if we ever needed anything. The house itself was absolutely stunning. It easily fit 6 girls, had a beautiful garden where you could relax and enjoy dinner outside and a rooftop balcony with incredible views of the sunset. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed to cook, but it was also walking distance to great restaurants and a short drive to clubs and bars. Could not recommend staying here more!

8/10 Good

Nice and comfortable house with a well planned private garden.

This house with 3 floors has a spectacular "tower" with a rooftop beside, where you have a wonderful view over the sea and sorroundings and a sight all the way to PALMA when clear weather! We had the oppurtunity to enjoy some very nice and spectacular sunsets during our visit! Daniel was very helpful landlord and quick to answer when we had questions. The area is like a suburb to PALMA and slightly sleepy this time of the year. So the kitchen which is very well equipped for cooking was perfect for us since there were not many restaurants opened in the area.

we loved this place!

Our wishes were completely fulfilled: the house was comfortable. The upper rooms and terraces have a grandios view. It is enjoyable to stay in the garden, which is designed with a lot of furnitures. And the personel care was perfect: Daniel was very, very helpful and was open for all our questions and issues. And found a solition. He reacted directly, when little things happened (e. g. internet doesn't work - only for minutes) or send us forgotten things! It was very pleasant to stay there. The house ha s a positive energy. It is a 'little pearl' !!! Thanx a lot, Daniel. We will come again. Marion and Nursen
