Great property, the villa needed some extra cleaning as we arrived, but the management worked to make it 100%. we were pleased with the villa and the service we received.

Amazing property in a great location

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this property. Konstantinos helped us to coordinate check-in, check-out, and even booked us a private car to the airport. My kids loved staying in what they referred to as the cave house with the basement swimming pool. There was plenty of space for all of us, the beds were comfortable, and we were just a few minutes walk to all of the amazing shops and restaurants of Oia. The views were amazing and I could sit outside all day watching the boats go by. Don’t hesitate to book if it’s available.

Oasis in Oia

We travel to Oia with our three smaller children, au pair, and us, and had a beautiful stay. The indoor pool is like a grotto and offered lots of entertainment for the kids during the heat of the day. The beds were very comfortable. The furnishings were gorgeous, and we found lots of beautiful inspiration. Everything was walkable, including a nearby market for necessities. Konstantinos was a wonderful property manager and helped us promptly with every ask, from big (airport shuttle van) to small (restaurant recs), even helping us navigate a tense situation with a disgruntled driver. We are so grateful for his help!

OK stay

Off peak season, so the room was not ready when we arrived. Need to walk many stairs to access the room, not suitable for people with walking problem. Room has a wet smell. No Shower Gel, only shampoo and conditioner. One of the bathroom does not have hand soap. Probably will be better in the peak season. More well equipped.Villa Manager is good. fast response. I had issue using the electric kettle, and he sent a new one immediately.

We always strive to accommodate guests as best as possible, but in this case, your check-in time at 10:55 AM was significantly earlier than our standard check-in from 15:00. The previous guests were scheduled to check out at 11:00, and naturally, we needed time to clean and prepare the villa for your stay. We are certain that you would prefer to check into a freshly cleaned and properly prepared villa rather than one that has not yet been serviced. Santorini is renowned for its breath-taking views and traditional architecture, which includes numerous steps throughout the island. This is part of its unique charm, but we completely understand that it may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns. If we had been informed of any such concerns in advance, we would have advised that Santorini may not be the best destination for accessibility. Regarding the amenities, we do not advertise shower gel as part of our provisions, though we do supply shampoo and conditioner. In a pinch, the shampoo could likely have served as an alternative for a short stay. Visiting Santorini in the off-season provides a unique experience, with fewer crowds and a more tranquil atmosphere, which many of our guests appreciate. We’re glad to hear that our villa manager was responsive and quickly replaced the electric kettle for you.
