Aufenthalt in Feriendorf

Sehr enttäuschend. Beim Check in wurde uns geschrieben,dass zwischen 16.30/16.45 ein Mädchen oder Person uns an der Schranke der Residence empfangen wird u.uns den Schlüssel übergeben wird.Leider war niemand vor Ort.Als die Frau an der Schranke auf uns zukam u.unsere Dokumente von Fe-Wo-direkt sah kannte sie die Organisation nicht.Erst nachdem sie (anscheinend den Besitzer) der Wohnung anrief. zeigte sie uns die Unterkunft.Sie hatte aber keine Ahnung werdie Person ist u.wie die Buchung zustande kam. Die Wohnung selber,ein finsteres Loch,nicht genug sauber.Kein Bett, was wir uns vorstellten,sondern eine Schlafcouch mit kantigen Rändern u.viel zu dûnner Matratze,so das man schlecht schlafen konnte. Es hatte nur einen Stuhl u.einen kleinen Klapptisch.Auch aussen war nur ein ca.60 cm Durchmesser runder Tisch,wo nicht mal 2 Pizzas platz hatten. Fenster und Türe liesen sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen u.schliessen. Parkieren musste ich ausserhalb der Anlage und der Parkplatz war vielzu knapp da ich einen Fahrradträger am Pkw hatte.Ein finsteres Loch,viel zu teuer,für uns lediglich ein Notquartier. Fe-Wo-direkt kannte an der Schranke dort niemand.Der Besitzer der Wohnung hat sich auf Grund meiner Beschwerden nicht mehr gemeldet . Kann ich ni ht empfehlen .

Guten Morgen Hans, es tut mir leid, dass es dir nicht gut gefallen hat, und ich weiß ehrlich gesagt nicht, was du erwartet hast, wenn man bedenkt, dass die Ankündigung klar ist, ein Studio mit Schlafsofa und allen anderen Leistungen inklusive und exklusiv. Die Kommunikation mit Ihnen war von Anfang an sehr schwierig, da sie auf keine meiner Nachrichten geantwortet hat und ich ihr mindestens 20 Nachrichten geschickt haben muss, einschließlich der Tatsache, dass wir nicht wussten, wann sie einchecken würde. Es tut mir auch leid, dass Sie nie die Schönheit des Ortes erwähnt haben, mit der herrlichen Piacina und dem direkten Zugang zu Privatstränden, der atemberaubenden Aussicht, alles inklusive und kostenlos!! Was den Preis betrifft, würde ich angesichts der Exklusivität des Standorts und der verrückten Preise, die andere Gastgeber verlangen, sagen, dass es kostenlos ist. Beste grüße
