No. 4 Back Lane can be found within the ‘must see’ village, Burnham Market. This chic cottage sleeps four over two bedrooms and it is just a few minutes walk to the the village square. Great for dogs too!

This quaint but well equipped cottage is located just a hop, skip and a jump away from the centre of Burnham Market, alongside being just a ten minute drive to the gorgeous North Norfolk coast, including Holkham, Wells-next-the-Sea, Brancaster and Burnham Overy Staithe. The property boasts a wood burner, lovely outside seating area and private parking. Ideal for small families and couples.

Ground Floor
Enter the property through the front door into the small hallway with hooks for coats. From here you can either ascend the stairs which are located in front of you, or turn into the kitchen.

The kitchen is a good size and perfectly equipped for a comfortable holiday. There is a table which seats four alongside a microwave, electric hob, over, fridge/freezer, radio, toaster, kettle and plenty of crockery. Beside the kitchen is a small, under-stairs WC with washbasin.

From the kitchen you walk into the lounge which comfortably seats four guests. The room boasts a wood burner, perfect for winter nights, alongside a tv, games and a back door out to the south-facing courtyard.

First Floor
Immediately in front of the stairs is the family bathroom which offers a bath, shower over bath, WC and washbasin, alongside a velux window which fills the room with plenty of natural light.

Bedroom 1 enjoys a king size bed with small TV facing the bed. There is ample wardrobe space alongside bedside tables with lights. A spacious, cosy room with plenty of space for a travel cot.

Bedroom 2 offers a single bed with the option of a pull out bed underneath (please request on booking) the single bed. There are drawers for storage alongside a bedside table. The room looks over the back courtyard.

Outside
To the rear of the property is a small, south facing courtyard with bench and parasol. A lovely space to relax in after a long day on the beach.

Decent cottage within 10 mins walk of village centre
TVs did not work when we got there but got fixed as soon as I contacted owner, by replacing a broken cable. Well equipped, clean, pretty comfortable overall.
