Jane is a brilliant host and this cottage is a hidden gem.

Jane is a brilliant host and this cottage is a hidden gem. Done out beautifully, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Set in quiet surroundings but close enough to loads of places. Highly recommend a visit.

We loved the cottage.

We loved the cottage. Owner decorated it out for Christmas which made it very special. The cottage itself was more than we expected. All rooms were roomy and well set out. Owner meet us on arrival and showed us round which was much appreciated. Very quiet location and perfect for some walks out and about. We would recommend and would most likely book again.

Had a super time here visiting local family.

Had a super time here visiting local family. The cottage is exceptionally nice and fitted out and spotlessly clean. All the mod cons you need with a very useable kitchen and dining area. (microwave, cooker freezer etc.) There is plenty of parking right by the door. The bedrooms had lovely new duvets and were very stylish. There is one bathroom but there is an extra toilet by the utility room which made things easier. All the rooms had great smart tvs including bedrooms which was very useful. The views and walks around the cottage are lovely. There are no shops immediately nearby but you can easily get to Stocksbridge shopping in 5 mins or a large Penistone Tesco in 12 mins. we will definitely be back soon!
