The Roost provides comfortable accommodation and is furnished to a high standard. The property provides a welcoming home-from-home atmosphere. The living room, featuring a smart TV and comfortable sofas, leads into a dining room seating four, with a step down into the newly refurbished kitchen. The kitchen, while retaining its quirky charm, is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking, including an oven, hob, and a dishwasher for added convenience! At the left end of the kitchen, you'll find a utility cupboard housing a washer/dryer, and through the door directly ahead is a convenient downstairs bathroom with a toilet, basin, and a large walk-in shower – perfect for washing off the sand after a day at Whitstable's beach. The patio garden is furnished with a table and chairs for al-fresco dining and additional sofas for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine from the wine fridge! Upstairs, the two spacious double bedrooms both feature built-in wardrobes and decorative fireplaces, maintaining the character of an old fisherman's cottage typical of Whitstable. The rear double bedroom boasts a large, newly refurbished en-suite bathroom with a bath, toilet, and basin. An additional single mattress and spare bedding are also provided for an extra child. There is also a travel cot and high chair to use so you can travel light!
