This single storey property’s living areas consists of a kitchen/diner complete with an electric oven, grill and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a table for up to 6 people, and a sitting room with a Smart TV and ample seating. The ground floor bedrooms consist of a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, a king size bedroom with an ensuite walk-in shower, basin and WC, along with a family bathroom. At the front of the property there is a patio with mountain views. At the rear of the property, there is off-road allocated parking for up to six cars. In 3.4 miles, you will find the nearest shop. Within 3.6 miles, you will find the nearest pub. Please note, the property does not accept pets and is non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Lovely spot! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Carol and Andy’s villa. They were incredibly communicative and even helped us make plans to fit all the things we wanted to do/see into one day. The house itself is spacious and comfortable with amazing views from the living room. Highly recommend staying here!

Great House

We came with some family and really enjoyed our stay. The house is brand new and beautiful. It has great views of the water and islands and even has sheep out behind the house. If you are looking to explore the Isle of Skye this is a great place to stay.

Quiet property with stunning views

This is a very clean and comfortable house with amazing views out over the field to the water. The floor to ceiling windows really make this house special.We enjoyed the sunsets both nights.The location is close to restaurants and a grocery store.Watching the horses in the pasture was fun too! Hidden gem in the Isle of Skye

Our group of six stayed at this wonderful location during our visit to the Isle of Skye. Everything inside is very modern, and worked perfectly. The view out of the back windows was absolutely stunning. Highest possible recommendation.

Lovely new home set in Lower Breakish with magnificent views! All the comforts of home and Carol and Andy were awesome to communicate with and helped us plan our tour of Isle of Skye! Super clean, comfy beds, all the comforts of HOME. Our only regret; that we had not planned to stay there longer.....

Tour of Isle of Skye

Had a wonderful stay, using this rental as a home base for touring the northern part of Isle of Skye. The house was more than we needed but we greatly appreciated the beautiful views of the water, the comfortable layout of the house and the peaceful neighborhood. Broadford provided a very nice base for touring the island and the hosts welcome basket was appreciated after a full day of touring. Would definitely recommend especially for a larger group that needs some space.

Isle of sky stay

We spent two days at this property. Owners were very welcoming and everything was perfect. It was very clean and we had a relaxing stay after finally getting a shower with water pressure. There was a welcome basket on the table when we arrived with wine, champagne, and local brewery beer along with a few snacks. I highly recommend renting this house while visiting skye. I would definitely rent again for our family. Thanks Carol and John for making our visit feel special and welcoming.

Incredible location and view!

The pictures on the site don't do justice to just how amazing the views are at this location. The house was expertly appointed and very comfortable. Our hosts were available and very helpful. I shouldn't forget to mention the sheep that are grazing in the fields attached to the house! Such a cool spot. My wife and three grown sons (17-21) had a terrific time. I can't recommend this place enough!

Beautiful View

Immaculate property with a gorgeous view out back of the water and mountains. Several sheep practically in your backyard! It’s about 30 minutes to Portree. Had some difficulty finding the house as GPS doesn’t really take you there and the house doesn’t have a number. Owner was very responsive and talked us in over the phone. Highly recommend.
