The detached villa is surrounded on all sides by a large courtyard shaded by the pine forest. The spaces on the ground floor are: the air-conditioned living room with the dining area, the equipped independent kitchen, a small laundry room, one bedroom and the 1st complete bathroom. A flight of stairs will lead you to the 1st floor where the other two bedrooms and the 2nd complete bathroom are located.
