The living areas in this second-floor apartment consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double with en-suite bathroom and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there are communal gardens with lawn and furniture, access to a tennis court and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.2 miles you will find a shop, within 0.5 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, a lake and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 8 Meadowcroft is a lovely base, perfect for a family trip to Cumbria. Note: Child facilities not provided. The historic villages of Grasmere, Ambleside, and Troutbeck are only a short drive away, while Brockhole, which provides high wire tree top activities, is three miles distant. With easy access to attractions like the stunning Langdales, Beatrix Potter's Hill Top House at Far Sawrey, Coniston, Grizedale Forest Park with its delightful walks and famous outdoor sculptures, mountain biking and "Go-Ape" adventure park, Ullswater, Kendal, and Keswick, stone circles, Roman forts, and England's highest mountain, Scafell Pike, the area is perfectly situated for exploring everything this region has to offer.
