The villa is split over 2 levels with air con and sea view. The private 10 mr by 5 m swimming pool is surrounded by terraces, 6 sunbeds, parasols and an outdoor BBQ area. 2 covered terraces. Spacious lounge with 360 degree views, 55inch flat screen tv with multi channels. 2 kitchens both with dishwashers and one washing machine. The spacious Master bedroom is on the ground floor, open plan to ensuite with double sinks. Patio doors lead onto the covered terrace with views of the pool. Bedroom 2 is a large twin room with ensuite, patio doors leading to the garden terrace. Bedroom 3 is on the upper level with sea and pool views next to the family bathroom. Ample private parking to drive. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Very close to supermarkets and short drive approx 1.5 km to Playa del Arenal, which is the central bay of Javea with shallow sea and fine sand.
