Beautiful holiday apartment with sea views on the first line of the beach with a community pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.
INTERIOR: This beautiful apartment consists of a living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV and access to a terrace with incredible views of the sea and the Ifach Rock. An independent kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with a double bed each and one with two single beds. Finally, there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a shower.
EXTERIOR: A pleasant outdoor area with three large community pools, one of them for children, and an outdoor shower. It has a covered parking space.
LOCATION: The apartment has an unbeatable situation given its proximity to beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. The sandy beach is just 40 m away and the nearest supermarket is 140 m from the accommodation. The center of Calpe is about 2.5 km away.
