The apartment is located in the basement of the building, but thanks to the inclination of the street, the house would be the equivalent of a ground floor, with access to a patio where you can enjoy with the family. Although it is located in an area full of life, full of services, bars, restaurants and theaters, enjoy a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to being in the interior of the building and its good insulation. Steeped in culture and history, Madrid de los Austrias is the oldest and most traditional neighborhood in the city.


Apartment:

The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, in addition to the comfortable sofa in the bright and welcoming living room. From which you have access to a large terrace / patio with a dining table.

The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with everything you need, including high-end appliances and a large dining table.

The building has an access ramp to the portal and concierge and then access without steps to the apartment.
Air conditioning in all rooms.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
Central heating hours (only during winter): Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 23:00h.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called CENTRAL MADRID with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
